Was looking at bath mats. The department seems very well put together.

Having been very keen to see a Walmart having read about it in novels & papers. Finally, got to see it during my trip to the US.
I now know why Walmart has become iconic. Right from plants for your garden to garage & auto supplies, Walmart has everything in one place. & it's easy to find what you want tho' the store is so big.
Billing counter staff were smilingly quick. Nice

This store never has the hand baskets, only carts. I don’t like carts, so I go in and only grab what I can carry with two hands. This has really curtailed my spending and stops me from impulse buying because I was able to load so much more into the hand basket, but now I can only buy a few things. I appreciate Walmart for reducing my unnecessary consumption at their store.

Came here for Beats by Dre headphones everywhere else was sold out! This location has plenty in stock. Thank goodness for the Walmart app was able to locate which location had them available for me.

OMG! I was walking very slowly and a Walmart person got me a shipping cart. At the same time another Walmart person asked if I was ok,if I needed help. Really the Walmart people are so very helpful. Always. Thanks!

Online pick up service! I was there for an overall 11 mins, from pulling into the parking spot to pulling out of the parking spot. If my fiancé could pull out, I would not have to be at Walmart all the damn time. This is a very convenient service. Friendly, organized and quick.

Plenty of checkers available!!! Much easier and faster than Target. Im so frustrated with Target.

I came in today looking for a silver chain to go with a charm I previously bought and I stood in the jewelry department for about twenty minutes until an associate finally walked past me. I stopped her and asked for assistance but she told to to get help from the ladies in the fitting room department. I walked over and there was 3 women working in that area but Miss Jennifer came and assisted me. She was very polite and did everything she could to make sure I was happy before I left. Miss Jennifer's customer service was awesome, more of the employees could learn a lot from her!! Thank you Miss Jennifer ❤

Strolling into the local Walmart knowing what I need which will be a simple Car battery. When entering a lot of establishments I've learned even as a company not all are against doing the right thing or going above what's required to help those in need. Today I had the pleasure of truly being assisted by a gentleman and scholar Roberto whom I had been working within the automotive/ hunting section. Now I left customer service after asking the clerk if it would be okay to stroll and get the battery I required and leave the one I had to replace within warranty which I had been told yes! I seen Roberto diligently assisting clients one after the other though at the time I did not believe I would need his assistance after grabbing the battery needed. Went back to th front only for the same individual to now tell me after my mini journey oh you have to take the old battery back to auto so he can test it...which logically sense would've been made to tell me to take the old one with me the first time around; however, despite lack thereof with patience and a goal in mind I did what has now been stated is required. Needless to say Roberto within the automotive/ hunting section I still see is still assisting a variety of clients observing his diligence to each one providing his undivided attention to assisted. He greeted me humbly and told me that he will be right with me... acknowledgement alone definitely was key is setting up what truly is top tier service! After all the others in a short space of time was able to not only assist with the recipe needed even after the mobile device he had been using would not print out the required info he and I stood and talked through the process which an abundance of apologizies had been given. He told me the battery will be placed on a tester which would take 90 min. Through the whole ordeal Roberto had been friendly, informative and courteous of my needs. I left my info since I had to be in east Orlando on business in which he told me he'd contact me to let me know...I tell you what he keep his word not only as a man but a servicer of the community! Met again, same evening with nothing positive energy as if it's the first time meeting him! This is what make a businesses successful as a business owner myself verses the actual product and compared to shopping in other countries. No good deed goes unnoticed and this individual definitely made an impression and taught me something in the process!
