What an awesome team! Thank you to Lawrence and Stephen for going above and beyond to help us with our battery change and fix the error that was made in the past at a different auto zone. Customer service is their priority and we are so grateful for this and more. This guys work is outstanding they are so knowledgeable and also so pleasing to speak to. Wow please more people like them. Honest and caring. My battery was dead ☠ bad!

Today I was taken care of by Lawrence at the Sanford AutoZone on 46 & Wow I was blown away with the kindness I instantly received, what a good gentlemen he was. He literally saved my life this Monday evening & was able to put my mind at ease & took all worries I had about my car away the moment he started working with me. He was kind hearted, prompt and extremely attentive and took his time to explain what was wrong. Which only ended up being my battery. Which also had warranty. Which he checked before I even mentioned anything. Thank God 🙏🏽 but I didn’t feel rushed out the door like most places you go now a days or un cared for. I thank him and all the staff who was able to help me switch out my battery. Phenomenal customer service! 10/10 Recommended 👍🏽

If I could give the employees here at this store location #6182 a 10-star raving review, then I would, but I have to settle for 5 stars. The conscious care, expert advice, equipment available, and customer service were second to none with my experience here recently. I am beyond grateful for the crew that worked last night. Lawrence was a gem of a man. Very polite and super positive. Very easy to deal with. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. He did a diagnostic for me and was just all around super helpful. Keep up the good work 👍

I would like to thank John M. for his time and assistance in changing out the headlight bulbs for my 2005 VW Touareg. John approached me and asked if I required assistance after I spoke to another employee. John said the store was not busy so he had the time to assist me. The employee who I spoke to intervened and said that the bulbs would be difficult to access as it was located under the wheel. I pulled up a video on YouTube which showed ease of access to the bulb which was not difficult at all. John viewed the video and went out of his way to help me. We were able to replace the bulbs with no difficulty. The customer service I received from John M. was definitely refreshing and should be the standard. I will definitely be a regular customer at this location after the service I received from John M.

Really nice auto parts and maintenance store with friendly and helpful staff. Nice range of prices and brands for crucial items like tools, oil, bulbs, and wiper blades. Staff always offers to help and will make good suggestions for your repairs or projects. Lots of available parking and clean location.

Close to home and convenient. I went for 2 quarts of oil because mine was low. I was greeted and taken care of quickly.

John M. was outstanding. He volunteered his time to ensure my part was correct and helped me install it on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Cyrus is the man! Thought my car was having a battery or starter issue and he narrowed it down to the battery. He recommended some extra tools for myself then he replaced the battery himself. Literally the best experience I could ask for!! Thanks again, Cyrus!!!

Today I had a good experience. Kendrick installed my daughters battery and J.M. helped me to fix a return that the computer messed up when they all kept freezing. It was hectic for the staff but they stayed very professional.

I was more than stressed out trying to find a battery for my car and I came to this location and they had everything I need! One of the employees Cyrus helped me test my battery and helped explain everything going on and just kept me informed. Once I purchased my battery, Steve was kind enough to go out of his way to install it for me! They made what I thought was going to be a stressful visit to one of the best experiences I had! I was taken care of in a timely manner and truly shown that they have the best customer service skills Iv seen in a business like this in a long time. Both are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable and I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this location to see Cyrus and Steve!!

Cyrus the friendly Rep helped me get the Brakes pads that were recommended to me by a friend and also gave me a heads up on some O2 sensors with a simple printout I could understand and good recommendation of trustworthy repair shops and the other reps were also friendly and on the ball God bless you all 🙏 thank you folks I greatly appreciate it 😀 Happy holidays

Yesterday I visited Autozone to purchase certain items for my car. I already knew that I needed a new battery. The salesman named Cyrus was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He tested my battery and it failed which I already knew it would. The same price as the site stated is how much I paid for it. Installed the replacement battery without fail and even recommended a reliable and fair mechanic shop in the area. I wish all people were this honest and helpful as Cyrus was. Kudos to the hiring manager who picks the candidates for this location. I have frequented this location and will continue doing business as well and will definitely recommend to others.

Neil W. is an associate at the SR-46 AutoZone. Over the last two to three years he's been very helpful with any and all car issues I've had with my 2003 Camry LE that I've had rebuilt completely. He's very helpful and knowledgeable as well, especially in regards to your batteries. He deserves a consistent five-star rating in terms of his work.

Most appreciative to Cyrus and Stephen at the Sanford SR-46 location for their help in getting my van tail lights fixed! I came in, 10 minutes before closing!!, for just a fuse, I thought - turns out, all four lights in the rear were burnt out: going bad… they were so gracious and helped me find the right bulbs, change out the tail lights… even nicer, they didn’t make me feel like a huge inconvenience for being so late… many thanks, gentlemen!!! (oh, and the bulbs were fairly priced as well… so a good value for the part!)

Amazing experience today! My CSR was CSR #09, She was BombAss Awesome! She helped with an off battery for my show truck..
