Always kind attentive employees here at this location. So many of the negative reviews for this location seem quite petty.

This is by far the best 7-eleven in town, it is always very clean and the staff is always very friendly and the pumps are nice and new and always clean with tamper evident seals on them and you can pay with your phone to make it even faster and easier. Love it

Needs to be cleaned A LOT better. Use to be a really clean store. I believe a change in ownership might have something to do with this issue. Food is left in the warmer far longer than it should be, and still sold that way, at full price!

This 7-11 rarely has fresh food ready.
No pizza slices, maybe a couple of hot dogs at best. Fails to live up to company standards

It's pretty sad when you go to 711 at midnight because they are open 24/7 only to be rushed out of the store by a rude employee because he wants to close the store because he can't clean and stock shelves while ringing up a customer or two.

Worst 7-11 in town. There are often three to five people behind the counter and some issue going on like a problem with card payment processing. I've given up and walked out twice. I've wondered if it's a training store for new people because the staff is clueless more often than not.

I stopped in for pizza on Thanksgiving and was told they weren't making any that day. I went to a Cumberland Farms where they were selling slices as fast as they could make them.

I waited for them to make pizza one day even though the whole idea is grab and go. Several people were behind the counter and somebody had to explain to the clerk how to put the slices in boxes. They didn't tell the clerk to CLOSE the boxes. The hot melted cheese slid off the slices and was in a big blob at the bottom of the bag.

A clerk did not know what the 7-11 rewards program is and made some bizarre joke suggesting I was going to rob them.

There's a woman who works alone sometimes and she's really friendly and helpful. She knows all her regulars. If she's not working, I need to turn around and go elsewhere, especially if there's a crowd behind the counter.

I live about 1 mile from this location so I’ve been here frequently for gas and other things. Tonight I was out riding my electric scooter around and happened to run out of battery rolling into the parking lot here. I sat down out front and plugged my scooter in hoping to get enough juice to make it home. After about 5 minutes some old man with shaggy greasy hair smoking a cigarette approached me with an attitude saying he can’t let me plug that in there that’s 7-elevens power. Other things were said and as he reached for my belongings I unplugged it my self. This is wildly inappropriate behavior and was completely uncalled for. This man should have never gotten so close to me like that it was very intrusive. After this encounter he went and hung out the driver side of an older red 4 door suv and just hung out smoking his cigarette. I can’t even believe that they put this man in front of customers.

Not going to lie here very rude staff. Told me to leave when I was trying to pay with a $50. Always dirty and stinks in there. Won't go back. I understand they have tough jobs but we all do. Was told they're not a bank and literally waved me out the door. Joke.

Tonight I went in to get a soda. The attendant who was not wearing a name badge, swiped a group in front of me in line, debit card and pressed decline twice. The young lady then call her card and confirmed her funds. The attendant, an older lady with glasses and a blunt end hair cut, had the young Lady run her card again and then again the attendant pressed decline. Then the young Lady and her acquaintances went to their car to get cash. As I am still in line waiting. They came back in and the attendant told them that they didn't have enough. They were angry by then with the incompetence and left. Now, she scanned my card and declined it twice. I was not scanning again. But she then could not print out a receipt for either transaction. When I got into my car to leave I called my card to check the balance and it debited my funds twice. Something needs to be done to make sure that the night attendants are competent. I don't think she should be working their alone unless she knows at least how to work the register or even put out the correct supplies. whole stack of extra large cups were out but only a few small cup tops, no medium or large tops. She said there were no more. She debited the customer in front of me, card several times and mine twice. She need punitive actions taken and now I have to wait 72 hours for my fund to return to my card, if it returns. I am very angry and don't think that I will patronize this 7/11 again after this is corrected.

Was Mike B hired to run the register or play on his phone and ignore customers. If he was hired to play on his phone and ignore customers he's doing a great job.
