AT&T Store

We had a wonderful experience getting our Apple Watches. Set up was fast and easy. Jessica the nice young lady that helped us, went above and beyond her normal duties to help us. (We argue a lot, thank goodness she found that funny) We will return to this location for all our AT&T products. Hopefully Jessica will be there to explain them all!

The employee Shan was extremely helpful and professional while simultaneously being highly personable and quick with her work. I can't speak highly enough about her. Overall just a perfect visit, 95 % due to her specifically.

The only location on my route home that had the iPhone 14 ProMax in stock. Mykelle (spellcheck?) was very courteous and welcoming. Great customer service.

I went to the Port Allen store and received superb service. Everyone was extremely friendly, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a phone.

We were welcomed with a nice greeting soon as we walked through the door. This was our second time visiting this location and we dealt with the same person both times and she was great.

This new team has great customer service skills. From the manager to the employees everyone was welcoming and helpful. Even though I spent to much money in the store it was a very pleasant visit.

My phone quit on me in the midst of all the crazy that is going on and I needed a replacement device asap. Although I had to wait due to the precautions the store was taking to keep everyone safe, when I got in the store JESSICA delivered fast and friendly service. Her patience to answer my questions and ability to cram about an hour's worth of information, backup procedures, contracts...etc was compressed into the 30 minutes I had left for lunch, and she was SUPER AWESOME!!! I was able to score a new phone, backup my old one, and get everything taken care of before returning back to work. JOB WELL DONE! Thank you Jessica. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. You made my day!

Jessica at this AT&T location was the best to work with. She was so friendly, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. She gave me exactly what I wanted and would educate me on products/services but was not pushy in trying to get me to buy anything which I LOVED! Will definitely use this location as my go-to.

Very polite and friendly throughout the entire visit. Very helpful the representative took his time to explain everything. Malik was the gentleman who helped us very patient youngman.

Went here after I found out my phone was completely gone. They help set me up and I revived a free iPad after buying a screen protector that I already needed. The staff was great and even stayed pass closing hours to make sure everything I needed was straight. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The staff was amazing and I absolutely love the manager!

I went in to this Brusly, LA location to upgrade my iPhone. Although things are different now with social distancing and wearing face masks my experience was GREAT. This is the only AT&T location I do business with because they are very knowledgeable, nice and they take their time with you. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

When I say this is the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Destinie and her team really care about not only offering you the proper device but making sure your whole home is taken care of! I've seen her and most of her team grow and advance and they do a spectacular job with everyone that comes in. I recommend everyone I know to do business with therm bc it is worth the time and money!!! I well definitely be going back every time I need some high quality service from her and the A1 team she directs!

I went to the AT&t store this morning to get a new SIM card for my son's phone. The guy who was working was super super helpful and very professional and got me out of there in a timely manner. I had a great visit there today and highly recommend them!

The store was fantastic . In addition to my spectacular experience, I was helpEd by haley. She is the prettiest sales rep I've ever seen. She's super sweet and super duper adorable. I wish I could just take her home with me. They should definitely give her a raise for be so nice and so damn sexy.

Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. She was very patient with me throughout the process of having to back up my old phone to set up my new phone. She truly cares about her customers and their experience.

I went there Saturday morning and Ms Karen waited on me. She was awesome! I bought a phone from her and she did everything she could to save me money, transfer my phone data, and set my new phone up. This was a much better experience than the larger store. Karen, you go girl! Thanks:) Fred

I had a good experience. Karen was my sales person. She was knowledgable and helpful. She even helped me review my bill. Karen pointed out where I was paying for things I wasn't really using and how I could save money. I'll be back!

Destinies and her team are very knowledgeable and refreshingly considerate.. they explain all the details of the equipment as well as the service plans. Unlike some retail businesses you won't ever feel like you don't know what so what you left with. I recommend them and Destinie is who I go to whenever i have any questions about anything AT&T related. She knows her industry and she knows her product! 6 stars, not just 5!
