Mine and my wife’s absolute favorite store. You always have what we need and stay well stocked. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. We have completed many many projects with your help. Can’t wait for the next project or growing season!

This Home Depot is wonderful! The workers are so very helpful. And I would like to give a special shout out to Devon. She was great and she helped me with my paint. And it did not take long at all. And they also had the sheet rock sizes that I needed just for patchwork. I did not have to buy a full sheet. So I'm very thankful! God bless them in Jesus name, Amen! :)

Ken in building materials was absolutely Excellent. Jim in Cabinets was absolutely Excellent. Elsie in paint was beyond helpful to my wife. The guys at the Pro Desk. Well, oh OK, they also are always Excellent but don't say I said so. Tom in plumbing has been very helpful in setting up our gas water heater install. I went into the store here , and was greeted and helped with amazing customer service , a young brother name Corey helped me get everything I needed he was so cool and knew where the things were that I needed , I really enjoyed his service so much I almost hired him at my company lol. He’s a nice young man and I just had to write a review about him because he was phenomenal, I definitely will be coming back for him.

I was preparing my son's home for sale and the interior door chime was missing it's cover. I recorded a clear picture of the mechanism on my phone and went to the local Home Depot on Shiloh Road.
There I met Holly Miller, a Customer Experience Manager. She was able with my photograph to identify the exact door chime my son had. Problem solved.
I could not find a way on the Home Depot website to give feedback on her expertise or helpful attitude. She turned what could have been a wasted hours long search into a five minute purchase that satisfied my problem .

good place for projects. Some pieces are tiny bit more expensive than the online prices . But great place and location. Next to I 75 highway . In & out max 10 minutes

This Home Depot has the best employee! Kevin helped us in our endeavor. He was so sweet and helpful!!! Knew exactly what we needed. He helped us problem solve our issue with our faucet and disposal! He's extremely knowledgeable and walked us through step by step. We've been to many different Home Depots and have never had the kind of customer service that Kevin gave us today! We really appreciated him and everyone else should too!

What else can you say about Home Depot. If you need something for home project, you will probably find it here. Definitely compare prices here, Lowes, and Amazon.

I got off to a rocky start with my delivery but the Management team in Acworth really helped me out. Amy especially felt my pain and went way out of her way to help me. That's why I shop at Home Depot in Acworth. Thanks again guys

After all this covid stuff started happening this was like Home Depot was like my second home. Everyone is so kind and it's very fast and easy to find exactly what your looking for! Amazing job!! I was actually able to put up lattice on my porch, which was super fun and awesome!

This location will be my go to even though I live in Smyrna and there are 4 other close locations to my home- because the workers seem to all love their work and make it more than worth the drive.

Kris from Flooring is AMAZING!!! He had such a great attitude and was truly happy to be at Home Depot to help. He was such a cheery and calm/level headed worker. Said he had only been there for 4 months and he was so blessed to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing group.

Every single worker that walked near Kris and I while he was helping with my tile decision seemed to be just as smiley.

I purchased two bathroom faucets from another Home Depot and hired a plumber to install them. The plumber found a small filter piece missing from one of the faucets. When I called the Home Depot where I purchased the faucets, they were out. They suggested I go to the Shiloh Rd store where the faucets were in stock. After reaching the store, I talked with Sam at Customer Service and told her my problem. I needed the part immediately so I wouldn’t have to pay the plumber to come back. She found Pablo to help me. I had a new part and was out of the store in about 10 minutes. Thank you Sam and Pablo. It is so refreshing to see “helpful” and knowledgeable employees! Gwen Waters

Plenty of people to assist you when I had questions, and they even walked me to another area of the store and introduced me to the next person I needed advice from. Great customer service!

Used their Tool Rental center to get a truck; great, friendly service. The vehicle was in acceptable shape for a work truck. The service member was competent, answered my questions, explained the process, and seemed to be happy to help.

Great experience.

Switch out my propane here every few months

This is a great Home Depot. Always helpful. Now that the COVID-19 is a pandemic they have stepped it up a notch. They are monitoring the number of shoppers entering and exiting. You enter front middle door and exit doors at either end of the building. We received outstanding assistance purchasing blinds. The associate, Matt, was patient and explain our options and the difference. He also trimmed several. We shopped in the lawn section and got good service. Encountered a very nice young man at the customer service who helped me locate outdoor bleach. Blessings to them to be there during this time.

This is a great Home Depot. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
