Best antique shop in the area. I was tempted not to do this review and “gatekeep” this treasure. However, this place is so amazing it has to be shared with everyone. Not only is the store amazing, prices are great, but the best part is Helen ! She is such a sweet, informative, kind, and simply wonderful human you need to visit her store. Believe me when I say this ! No other store has anyone like her! Someone willing to give her undivided attention to her customers. Definitely recommend dropping by !

Helen the owner is so nice! Love getting my farm fresh eggs from her. Summertime she had tomatoes peppers and squash. All from local farmers.

Ms.Helen who is the owner, takes the time to share a wonderful and exciting shopping experience. She is very forthcoming and honest about her merchandise. I live miles away from her business but, it is worth the trip.

I had a wonderful time meandering through yesteryear at Country Home Furnishings. The proprietor was superb in helping me locate a specific item I had been seeking for several years. Best of all, there was the cutest little doxie there as a greeter. I’d give them more stars if I could!

This place is one of mine and my fiancé’s favorite antique stores to visit! We’ve been here three times in the past month with our purchases varying from beautiful sets of brass sconces and hardware (cabinet handles and knobs) to outdoor benches and books about gardening. We met the owner, Mrs. Helen, who we’ve had talks with about antiques and the history of different pieces in her store. She’s a gem and so are the two buildings she’s filled to make Country Home Furnishings what it is today! I also can’t forget to mention how sweet it is to see the elder store pup, Addie Mae, when you walk in the door.

I came by the other day looking for specific vignette items. Sandy was warm, knowledgeable and I had a great conversation with her. I’d come back to see her again - but the treasures would be a nice incentive as well. I’ll be back!

I took my step grandsons there yesterday and we enjoyed browsing. I enjoyed talking with one of the men out back that allowed the boys to wander around the woodworking shop. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very friendly and enjoyed telling us about some of the things they made. Also, one of the boys found a treasure trove of his favorite Hardy Boys books and found 5 books he had not read that he could add to his on collection. We heard stories of the owners and their farm. The lady that was there was a sweetheart and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience for the boys! We’ll be back! Rebecca Jones

Amazing place. Not just antiques, a whole selection of interesting stuff to look at and buy. Local made (preservative free) jams and jellies as well. Just awesome, can't wait for pay day to go back!

Super sweet lady helped so much .. cant forget Anna mae the sweet little dog who was walking the isles she is priceless loved our visit
