Breaking Bread

I love having this place in Hamilton. Local restaurants are super important for the local economy. The food here is amazing, the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love the outdoor sitting area and the parking is very convenient as well. Also the prices are very low for what you get.

Excellent sandwiches (hot and cold). I like every one that I've tried. Breaking Bread is a Hamilton staple. Staff is friendly and it's always clean and orderly, even when they get a rush of customers.
I like the occasional slawdog as well.

We love this restaurant and visit here often. The ingredients they use are always fresh and flavorful. The staff is always very friendly. Both the dining room and the deck have smoke seating. The restaurant is always clean.

We were camping at RSP and rode over to Hamilton and found a great lunch at Breaking Bread!! Everyone was very friendly!

I usually order the deluxe club on parmesan bread. I love going in and feeling like they're happy to see me. They have great customer service and have recently broadened their menus to include scrambled dogs/ hot dogs. My children enjoy the pizzas.

Ate lunch there today and it was awesome! Had a scrambled dog that was a nice sized all beef frank. The chili and other toppings were delicious. I also had a small Trifecta on a cheese jalapeño bread. Generous portions of sandwich meat on that fresh baked bread was very good! Definite 2 thumbs up! Place was very clean as was the men’s restroom. Definitely check this place out if you are in Hamilton!

Breaking bread is my spot! My kids and I go frequently. The food is as fresh as can be and of course that makes the food top notch. It's always very clean as well. The staff is as good as gold. After my daughter had a softball game she wanted a 6 inch sub. We stopped at Subway since it was closer because we only had 15 minutes before each establishment closed. Subway had already locked the doors..So we go to Breaking Bread and the young ladies and men were happy to make her a sandwich. It just really shows a lot if you ask me. I will for sure continue to frequent this location.

I ordered a spinach wrap. It was my 1st time there and it was very good. The ladies were kind and prepared the order quickly. It got really busy right after we ordered. It was yummy.

This is a great local sandwich shop and it is very well run. We were there for the bicycle trail but it was very popular with the locals. I would highly recommend.

This was a really good alternative to a subway. I was in the Hamilton area to look at a used car, and I drove past this on my way to see it. After looking at the menu online, I knew I had to try it. (The prices on their menu online are outdated, but they haven't gone up much. It's still really cheap.) I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on the freshest white bread I've had so far. It was fantastic and if I am ever in the area again I have to go back. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty busy, but the wait was only 15-20 minutes. It's totally worth it 👌
