Literally the owner of this nationwide store chain needs to get With the program on how to run.
You can't offer customers a reward system for incentives when they spend so much of their money and no not ebt bcs he also cant fix that! Every time they never have the promised items available to customers who must come to the hood -which is out of their way to an already a drug infested cockroach CHAIN store. That's overloaded with hookers or transits who riddle the corner with crime, so they can cash in on what they rightfully earned yet still he never has anything available, nor a working barcode to scan; the computer systems rarely work or run smoothly to even allow clerk to simply scan the promotional merch that would allow customers to receive their discounted and/or free item. It's a complete joke and it's obvious the entire staff hate their job. The staff and owners clearly lack the knowledge and confidence to correct and instead are absolutely rude and make no effort to accommodate! They have No idea of what excellent, let alone mediocre customer service is or looks like. However every other AmPM in this town can! Yes talk about false advertisement poor business practices and terrilble marketing. "Hey, lets offer $1slushi in the 100°F ?"wait... but machine has gotta be down like hello!!!
