Best customer service I've ever had since moving to Maryland. Young black lady very knowledgeable very helpful smiled and kept her conversation with me professional and upbeat the entire time I was complimenting her on her customer service and bubbly personality. No ratchet behavior or slang terms. ( Thank goodness) This will be the only B&B I frequent. Can't remember her name it started with an S. Unique name. Awesome employee.

I love the hand sanitizers in this store! There are so many beautiful products. This is the #1 most luxurious store in Greenbelt. You can walk through just to browse and smell things even if you aren't ready to buy. The staff are nice.

My friend n I went n there to use coupon that we got n the mail....she saw additional things she wanted n ended up getting a free gift n the process.Thanks to the help of staff that was working there...They were extremely helpful...the young lady working on floor was very nice and really added to the experience.She understood how my friend liked certain things...knew exactly how she saw things.....cause she very particular when it comes to shopping....

I love it the body lotion and body cream the smell its amazing 🤗🤗and the sale is genial

I’m here to report that i visited the store yesterday and they have seemed to get rid of that bad batch of rude and disrespectful employees. Because when I walked in the store, I was greeted in a friendly matter and asked what my needs were. Hell the fact that I was greeted was alright with me. That never happened before. The staff I encountered in the past were always complaining and gossiping about people in the lobby. And didn’t care if you came in there or not. I actually enjoyed my purchase and time browsing. Thanks to Romeka she was very helpful and the other staff was too. The other store that need a staff face lift is the franchise at the Prince George’s Shopping Mall. Smh. I personally don’t shop their because BABW staff was trying to accuse me of shoplifting. I promptly walked out the store. Hell no..and never stepped foot again since and that was 4 years ago…

Visiting with my Sistahfriend. Lots of variety... almost too much. Check out clerk was most helpful and engaging. Rest of staff were standoffish.

The location was very COVid prevention conscious. Really appreciated all the safety measures taken like, no more than 20 persons in the store at a time, social distancing and even the check out stations being protected and sanitized after each customer transaction. The location was well stocked and had a few good deals as always. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

I love Black Cherry Merlot candle by White Barn. Bought two of this scent. Smells sooo good.

Also my other favorite is Mahogany Teakwood. It smells so good. Once I burn this candle, I can smell it once I enter my apartment.

Love Greenbelt Bath & Body Works! Great customer service, wish I could buy almost every scent, so many choices for different tastes! Great products, love the car scent packs, love the shower gels, lotions, and candles; usually buy when they have sales and combine with my coupons.

This bath & body works location was really nice and neat. Their employees are very friendly and hard-working. I was able to find the stress relief aromatherapy lotion wash and sanitizers easily along with their sales employees striving to help me find what I was looking for.

The staff is amazing, Melissa,Kay,Tuesday are amazing and I'm very picky. The store is well stocked and clean. Covid-19 regulations are enforced. Mrs.Dee (me was very impressed). I,will be back.💛😊😘👋

Shop there today 11/27 around 5pm, it was just my type of shopping style, just me and 1 other customer. Loved it!! Employees were cool, store was neat and clean.

Very helpful staff, buyer beware they have so many specials going on that you were going in to buy one thing and end up buying six or seven things. But you will like them all very good store keep up the good work.

The store is clean/organized/stocked everytime I go and way better than the locations inside of malls! Pricey but if you catch those sales it's well worth it!

The store manager was very helpful!!! She and a new salesperson help me find my new fragrance!!! Love it! They were very knowledgeable about their products! The store was neat and very organized. GREAT JOB!!

This Bath and Body works store in the Greenway Shopping Center is handling the COVID pandemic protocols better than any grocery store, department store, or shopping mall. They only allow a limited number of customers in and have a swift service for disinfecting. The customer service is delightful, the employees are personable and knowledgable, and the store experience is superb! I highly recommend shopping at this Bath and Body works.

Bath and Body Works have a great sale. This store is fully stocked. The hand soaps and candles are true to it's scent.

Pretty much the same store no matter which location you choose. The staff is nice here, I must say. I've stopped here many times over the last couple of years.
