Old Navy

This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!

I needed help finding clothes for my son. They didn't have any of his sizes in the store. This wonderful young lady helped us by going down the receipt one by one looking up the items on the website for about 30 minutes. She then ordered the items and scheduled them for us. I don't know her name but, her customer service and friendliness was immaculate. My son and I both thank her for being a rare find!

Today was my first visit in a very long time to this location. My experience was awesome. Shout out to Vickie for excellent customer service. I will be going back.

This was a pretty nice place to buy some clothes. I don't know if I could go bad because the Old Navy Style just doesn't fit my own personal style. I really appreciate the help that they provide in the store on a regular basis. I definitely recommend this to someone who loves to style a clothing.

Old Navy is usually super busy, but today, not so much. The line was fast and there were great deals. I don't know how that keep their merchandise so organized.

Love this Old Navy mostly because the cashiers are always so patient and positive. If there are any issues at checkout they always work things out with a great attitude.

After barging my way into the store five minutes before closing, Selena and Laconja offered absolutely outstanding customer service while helping me figure out the right size pants to purchase for my daughter so I could shop online.

It was great. We went after opening and less traffic. No long lines. Polite cashier. I don't shop here very often, but will shop again.
