wow where do I start the young lady's that work hear made me getting my outfit I wanted very easy an then when I wanted a pair of boots they did not have my size so they called around an found some but they where in TX 😮‍💨. but then the young lady said let me see I might have away to get them for you but they won't be in until the next day so she went back on the phone and called a few more people an they got them hear today 😁 I was so happy that she went over the hills an thro the fight to make me a happy person out of the kindness of her heart. I will be back to see them more and thank you for having such an amazing group of dedicated employees work at your store.🤠

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with top notch customer service and an array of amazing choices of western wear! My son got his dream boots and now I can’t wait to get my husband in a pair of boots!

The staff here are amazing. I don’t know any others starred teners for their performance. A guy came in yelling at the staff and cussing them out after he said he drove over an hour away. The boots appears fly on sale the day before but they were still willing to cut him a big deal, but it was not the deal the day before. He blamed them and yelled at the lady in front of him and called her stupid. I felt furious, but the lady handled it with so much patient and was still RESPECTFUL. He continued to tell and get mad when they were helping him out the best they could these employees are working above their pay grade. Well done teners on y’all service and patience. After all they did help me with a great attitude and smile even after this crazy incident.

Love this store and all the employees there they were pleasant helpful and the girls there where awesome!! Bought my dress and First pair of boots and the girls there helped me with putting it all together!!! We are definitely Satisfied customers with the excellent customer service from everyone !!!!

The gentleman & ladies were absolutely welcoming and very friendly😊 Store was clean & in order as well as all the boots, jackets, shirts, and sweaters. Definitely recommend! We will be returning sometime this coming week even though it's a 30-35min drive for me😂

The Store was Very Clean, the Owner/Mgr. "Pat" was a Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry Helpful Person and I will DEFINITELY be going back to Shop there for My Boots!!!! And maybe even another Justin Hat!!!! Keep it Up Y'all!!!! Went in to get a new pair of boots. Ace was very helpful. Had me try on a pair that weren't my norm style or brand. But I love them!!! Would highly recommend.

After a year I found some boots...a girl can never have too many boots! Sale going on which made me happier!!!! One worker had to pull off 2 or 3 boots for me..thank you!!!!
