I don’t know who can’t love this place. It’s cheap tools. I’m not a guy that judges my self worth based on the name stamped on my tools. I just need stuff that will get the job done. I guess I’m comfortable enough with who I am for my tools to be money saving lol. They always have had what I need. The stores everywhere I’ve visited are always clean and organized. It’s a great place. I will continue to shop here and keep my wallet happy!

Every visit here has been met with helpful employees. They have a lot of knowledge about the items they sell, and if they don't know, they'll ask someone who does. In my opinion, they go over and beyond to help their customers. Prices are reasonable and there are usually more than one price range option.

It's nice to walk in and find your needs easily. The icon brand is very nice and the prices are very fair

Great stuff at a great price. And from what I understand, they have a credit card that is always 0% interest. Employers could engage more when they see your looking for something. If I had a complaint, that would be all I have. Quality tools with lifetime warranty too. Go check it out!

Lots of good stuff for the guys, and me too. Today I actually started my Christmas shopping for my 2 little grandsons. Monster trucks- those little boys will love them!

Amazing. I my brother lives in Shawnee and I live in Texas. My older sister was going to pick up this Amazing dining room table I bought online and she decided not to go. This was in May. I called and canceled the order and never decided to look at my cc statement. Chris calls me today and asked if I ever picked it up the item, because I was charged for it. I let him know never. He immediately took action and refunded my cc. Great customer service. I just don't believe any furniture store would have taking the time out to do this, let alone refunded you back for a product you never picked up.

Great store very organized and nothing in the aisles blocking merchandise. Friendly and helpful staff. So great to have Harbor Frieght in Shawnee. No need to go all the way to the city.

Always go in with a coupon lol. They almost always have something in there that you will want. They have very helpful and friendly staff. They have never given me any fuss about returns. In fact, wife returned a impact wrench and exchanged it plus got money back...who else does that???
