Friendly people & very easy to work with. Prompt, friendly communication by text & phone call. ( very rare these days) Rapid delivery. (3 days from ordering out of Tn. to delivery at my address in central Florida.)They made the whole ordering process seamless, pleasant, & extremely easy. The vest I ordered was of the highest quality. (Item #MLM3540.) This wasn't some shabbily constructed, lightweight vest. It was Soooo much better than described OR expected and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable for this kind of high end quality.. AWESOME product & WELL worth the price!! So glad I found Tn. Leather! Awesome place!! Huge selection of well made riding gear. Hobo is the best!!! If you cant make it to Sevierville look for them at a rally.

I purchased a jacket from them last year at Americade and unfortunately in the midst of trying different sizes I bought the wrong size. I never had a chance to wear it last season. Getting ready for this years riding season I realized it was the wrong size. To be honest I thought it was a long shot but I called the company and explained the situation to them. The gentleman I talked to told me to ship the jacket to them and they would send me to correct size. Not many companies would be willing to do that as seeing it was a year later. I couldn't be happier with their customer service.
