This supply store is Top Notch... I bought a cast iron Wok Burner for my outside kitchen. It arrived Well-Beaten, compliments of the carrier... The bottom plate was broken clean in half. I simply contacted Katom's customer service dept via email and informed them of the shipping damage. They responded Very Quickly and asked that I send them pictures of the box and broken content. The next day I had a replacement on the way and it arrived in good condition a couple of days later. Top Notch Customer Support, and Bailey Stoddard(Returns) was so nice and friendly the entire time. 100% recommended...

I had problems returning 2 items until Bailey Stoddard answered my call and she listen to everything that had happen then she said she would talk to her warehouse manager and call me back in 20 minutes and she did. She is a very good listener and prompt to take care of the problem. She deserves an A plus and I hope I always get Bailey at KaTom. Excellent service from her and it took 3 different times to get her. Thank You Bailey!

I had a very good experience retrieving an old invoice my accounting team needed. Cameron Tolliver was very pleasant and patient while helping. Cameron found the transaction, emailed the document and waited until I received and approved it. Great service after the sale... thank you Cameron!

When I phoned customer service on an order that I had not not received Robin Lynch looked into this quickly and had resolved the issue with supplier in minutes. Pleasant, courteous, and efficient! Robin Lynch was great and KaTom should be proud to have someone handling the unforeseen issues that come up like she did.

I am a retired Chef / cook / trainer for well over 20 years.I have used Ka toms for many years, I have used them to equip start-up restaurants, scratch kitchens, corporate restaurant kitchens and my own personal kitchen. Not once have I ever received anything other than excellent service nor have I needed a particular tool that they did not have. Ka toms, is in my book, the bench mark for my culinary needs, which have become quite extensive. On several occasions a new recipe required a tool I needed that day and Ka toms came through every time.
