Harry's #28

Was in there today, got some drinks and snack stuff for the trip home, bought a led name key chain for my daughter, paid for it! The cashier tried to say my card declined, so gave her cash for the key chain, as she's handing my change back she takes the key chain out of my daughters hand and rings it up again and wants me to pay for it again! Says my card only covered for so much of the other stuff and I still owed for the key chain, I go out and look at my transactions and try to explain to her and the guy that my card had paid for everything except the key chain, they would not listen to me so we leave, without the $9 key chain btw! As we are going home I look at my transactions again and sure enough everything was paid for off my card except for the key chain which I had paid cash for! So I call them to let them know they got me for $9 and to just give the key chain to the next little kid that came in there! Still yet they acted like I was stupid and couldn't understand what I was saying 🤦‍♀ horrible people!

I work with Trip Advisor Corporation. Customer service is important to me and all customers of this location.

The owner failed me and other consumers who wanted to be sure their Shell Rewards was applied
He was very RUDE! When asked to be sure I have the option, he only wanted me to put my credit card in . At this point it was too late to apply. While asking this, he would talk over me and cut me off with a fake smile as if that was a replacement for your loss of fuel rewards. I would never visit this store again. The pumps were out of paper for receipts. Not only ours but the others around me . Several were having to to go in to get a receipt.
I would hope you would not want your customers to not only lose points but have such representation of their brand.

Professional THIEVES!! Lady charges me $1.29 a piece for things that now cost .99 by using old packaging to ring it up. She admitted it to me and even put the two packages in my face to display what she was doing. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!
