Oh my goodness...the trip is worthwhile just to smell the teas! Such an extraordinary selection. So much guidance you'll receive to make your just right choice. Sample chai and browse a gorgeous selection of tea cups and accessories, noodle bowls, rugs, decor, journals and so much more. I found a beautiful kimono. Sign up for a free taste of tea monthly. Parking is on site and handicap accessible. Buy gift cards! Combine your trip with a visit to the many wonderful businesses nearby. Located at Mountain and 12th. See my review of the bakery next door with a goodie ATM.

Love this place! The tea is wonderful. Always delicious and with a large selection. I mostly do the online shopping with curbside pickup and it is so convenient (especially with a toddler). I’m very glad they offer that service. I also really like the free tea sample each month. It’s nice to try out a new tea without committing to a larger quantity.

I love this tea shop. Staff are friendly and helpful, products are delicious, and they have a wonderful gift shop that changes stock often. I can always find something for a gift. They offer a monthly free tea sample, so I can try something new without committing to a big bag. I highly recommend NM Teas to any tea lover! ❤❤☕

My friend took me here when I visited her in 2018 and I've been a loyal online customer ever since, often recommending the NM Tea Co to anyone I know who likes tea or giving it as a gift. The shipping is quick, selection is vast, prices are great, and I love that with every order you get to sample a tea. I don't order tea from anywhere else!

The employees know their mixtures of tea and the bouquet of each of their flavors. From robust to mild or spicy. Need a strainer or art deco plates they have some of those too. A relaxing little building, easily mistaken for a home. Next to a bakery (Golden Crown Panaderia) that would pair well with some freshly purchased tea, a 2 for 1 deal, Enjoy!!

David and his team are very welcoming and knowledgeable for all things tea and sweet little gifts for any and all occasions. I love going to learn more about the new teas and visit old friends that bring me joy on a cold day - everyone needs to experience the shop and the team and mostly the TEA - you will find your favorite.

An excellent time at the NM Tea Co. Helpful, great suggestions from a clearly knowledable and thoughtful employee. She even was able to suggest a herbal tea to help me health. I strongly recommend this store to both tea drinkers and those who want to try serios teas.

While visiting a coffee shop in Crested Butte, CO I had a cup of "Vintage Earl Gray" tea and it is one of the best I ever had. I bought 4 oz to take home, but wanted to buy several pounds, I drink a lot of tea. The shop where I got the tea never answered the phone nor returned any calls so I had to do some searching and I found the source of this gem of a tea. I have been buying only from NM Tea Company now and it is the best move I have made in 40+ years of drinking tea. As many have already stated, the service is top notch, prices are competitive and shipping is extremely quick. It is a win, win finding this company.

I have been a Darjeeling aficionado for many years. I used to order my tea from Washington DC until I found NM Tea Co in my own backyard! It's some of the best Darjeeling I've ever had and consistent year after year (unlike some of the others I've tried). When I left NM 3 years ago I continued to order my tea from here and got to experience their wonderful customer service, always prompt and courteous and willing to fix any problems that occur. I'm a customer for life! I love this business.

I've stopped here a few times now. The employees are always the most friendly. The overall energy of this shop is very calming and pleasant. The shop itself is set up nicely on the inside, and there's always so much to look at. I always do a stroll through the back to look through all the miscellaneous items they have. Their tea quality is great, with a large selection. If you're looking for a specific flavor or for something new like one you have already tried, the employees have plenty of similar teas to recommend to you off the top of their head. Very friendly and helpful. I won't buy my tea's anywhere else!

This shop is amazing! From the friendliest and very knowledgeable staff to all the yummy teas and tea accessories (and more). If you are a tea lover or just beginning to get into teas this is great place to start. The pricing is considerably fair if not incredibly affordable for the selection and quality of their products.
I came in for some Father’s Day gifts for my tea loving husband and he was over the moon with the goodies.
Overall great experience.

The tea here is phenomenal and their staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. Upon entering the shop you feel like you are entering your favorite relative's house who happens to live and love tea. Needless to say, if you are a fan of tea, this is your place. 10/10 would steep again
