Found a small pack I needed from this store's website. I could either buy it here or at REI for cheaper. I try to support small businesses as much as I can. So I purchased the bag and it was processed and shipped out super fast. Now awaiting my pack for my wife's Christmas present! Thanks friends!

I recently ordered a piece of luggage online from Lieber's Luggage. The price was great and the item was just as described. Shipping was prompt and the item was well-packaged. I sent an email asking a question about a Briggs and Riley promotional offer, and they included it in my shipment. Very responsive. I would not hesitate to shop here again. Thank you!

I just had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I'm not usually the type to ask for help, but the associate was very warm and I didn't want to have to open every suitcase to check out the inside (lol), so I decided to give it a shot. She led me to a bag that was good quality and affordable with a ton of extra features. I also met the owner who was super kind, got a new bag out of the back for me, and even threw in a freebie with my purchase. I'm so glad I chose to stop there first on my luggage search, and always happy to shop local. They have a ton of other gifts and travel items too. Check them out!

Even though the store was busy, Dustin took the time to show me what I wanted to see. He was professional and very informative. I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed. I will definitely shop here again.

I shopped at Lieber’s today for a suitcase to travel internationally. And I leave tomorrow! First off, the store is gorgeous. The salesperson, Dave, was super kind and helpful. I got a great suitcase, and he showed me how to program and use the lock. Then he recommended luggage tags & an adapter to charge my phone and laptop. I definitely would have forgotten those. And it was all reasonably priced. The experience was efficient and far superior to shopping at REI or online. Thank you

I only go here for luggage. If you travel and want good stuff, go here. You get what you pay for. I have bought the cheap stuff now. I only go to Liebers.

How can anyone improve on perfection? I went to Lieber’s for information on purchasing new luggage. Martin was so very helpful and helped me to compare different brands. He listened closely to my needs and addressed each one. He was also very patient! The store contains everything one would need for traveling… seriously. I feel confident that I left with the best possible luggage and bags for me. The personal attention was impeccable. AND, they have a packing video on youtube! Thank you, Martin!

I shop at Lieber's luggage because I WANT this business to STAY in business! Dustin not only carries top quality luggage - ALL of the luggage he carries is quality; from the economy priced items, to the name brands you know and trust. More than this, he knows the industry and what travel needs are truly like - visit the shop when you have some time and let him walk you through what some of the luggage pieces can do for you - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at some of the options available.

This a great store in every way. We have bought several pieces of luggage there as well as travel accessories. They know their products and are fair and extremely knowledgeable. When we had a tear in our Briggs and Reilly bag, they sent it off to be repaired at no cost to us. We highly recommend them.

Such wonderful people. I have never had a single bad interaction with anyone. They all know the products really well, give me good, honest opinions, and are happy to help me out with random questions after my purchase. And never try to up-sell me when I want something entry level.

Excellent selection and better customer service! We needed new duffle bags for upcoming travel and almost every option online was out of stock. I searched for a store here in ABQ, and found Lieber.s. What a fantastic find...we had excellent service from Justin and Yolanda who brought over all the selections they had in the store and we were so happy to find a perfect bag. We will make this the only place we shop for travel items....they truly have everything you need and lots of things you will want!

This is an awesome business. Attentive employees who are knowledgeable and take your budget and needs into account. They have a wide range of travel supplies, gadgets and other miscellaneous items. The store is well laid out and doesn't feel cluttered. The parking lot is small but the shopping experience is worth it!

I went to Lieber’s Luggage because i needed a suitcase and I wanted to shop locally, I was impressed! The salesman was very knowledgeable and after finding out what I was looking for he guided me to the right suitcase which was a great price. I recommend going here before any big box store.

Excellent selection of better luggage, and helpful staff. I have also found things here for less money than a chain store carries, even when the item is identical. Shop locally, it’s a better experience all around.

I'll be sending friends and family here for years to come!!! I needed a proper but affordable carry-on bag with wheels and so visited their weekend sale. I wasn't feeling the first big sale option the staff showed me and expressed my hope for something cheaper. He took me inside and took me straight to my two best options. There was no rushing me and he stayed til the bitter end despite my questions, opening, zipper testing, and rolling the bags around. He even gave me recommendations for when I replace my large bag in the future, explaining which companies offer a lifetime warranty even though I made it clear that I wouldn't be in Albuquerque when that happened.

Liebers has been my go-to store for all my travel needs. I think I have purchased a total of 5-6 pieces of luggage (all but one Briggs-Riley) and countless other travels related items from this store. The staff has consistently been friendly and exceedingly helpful. Staff work hard to learn about their customers' needs and are helpful in directing those customers to the items that meet those needs. Before COVID hit, the store frequently had travel seminars that were a resource for preparing for overseas and domestic travel. I am glad to see that they've been able to open their doors again.

Both Dustin and Tyler were very helpful yesterday solving a challenging luggage issue. They were both GREAT! Kudos to them for great Customer Service. Lieber's is the place to go for your travel needs in ABQ! They are very knowledgeable and will help you find what you need.
