Best customer Service of any Phone Carrier company I have ever been too. I was assisted by Jonathan, he was very knowledgeable about all the different plans and took his time when explaining them all. He was patient with me when I had many questions and I feel absolutely no pressure to buy it upgrade etc. Jonathan setup both my new phones and took care of the old ones, and he was always checking for more deals to help save me money. The other employees were so kind and polite. They all worked together, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would Highly Recommend this store!

Kyle help my girlfriend and I get our phones switched over and was incredibly patient with us while we struggled to find a transfer pin #. Incredible customer service and really awesome person. Thank you Kyle!

I wrote a review earlier on the 36th Street T-Mobile location; I won’t go into it again but suffice to say it was a nightmare. Two and a half months later, I still had unresolved issues with billing and promotions so today I went to the West Bakerview Road T-Mobile location. I’m very glad I did.

The store manager, Aaron, was incredibly helpful and resolved every single issue; Stacyjean (her prior experience in Customer Care was invaluable) and Michael were also great. They were each professional, attentive and knowledgeable – if you want great service, I highly recommend the West Bakerview location.

Had to switch my phone plan over and got a lot of great help! The process was really easy and the person who helped me explained things in a very easy to understand way. Not only that but rather than take the chance to upsell, he advised I wait until the newest phone release in a month rather than trade in for the soon to be older version now.

Great rate for me and great customer service.

All T-Mobile stores share characteristics (well lit, white and bright magenta walls, white countertops and black framing and decor accents that complement the T-Mobile logo). Although this store has a small footprint and is typically quite busy, the staff is knowledgeable, well-trained and eager to serve their well-earned customer base.

If you need help from T-Mobile go to the location by Fred Meyer on Bakerview. The location in Ferndale is awful. A lot of very young people work there that have no clue on what to do. There was one girl in particular that was training another individual and she was very rude. Very unhelpful. This location by Fred Meyer on Bakerview is the way to go. They are very knowledgeable and they have been working here for a long time. They will take care of you.

Had a great experience getting a phone for my teen and a plan that doesn't have a contract. Timothy was super knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right one for our budget.

I couldn't get done on what I was trying to do, the one who helped me was the manager Nicolas and his customer service was awesome and th he store was very clean and organized, I also spoke to another representative in the store (I forgot his name)who was very knowledgeable about the product I was asking about, bottom line 5⭐ overall to this store.
