Dakota Helped us so much and was absolutely amazing. He explained every detail and went above and beyond to make sure he explained every charge to us as well. He was so personable and kind and definitely reminded us why we chose Verizon in the first place, if only every interaction could be as pleasant as this one! I highly recommend the store as well as Dakota!! I explained what I wanted, and he got me exactly what I wanted and more! 10/10 for sure!!! Can’t wait to go back!

I worked with Sophie, who was amazing. She did things to hook me up with phones that customer care could not do even after 2 hours on the phone with them. She is an amazing asset to this store, and if you ever need help with your phones, she's the one to talk to, thank you, sophie. !

I recently had an exceptional customer service experience at a Verizon store. Josue B went above and beyond to retrieve a year’s worth of lost information seamlessly. Thought I was going to be there all day, but all also made the entire process remarkably easy and fast. Worked with my budget, making it the best customer service encounter I’ve had.

Shout out to Jade! He is a real one! He patiently helped my friend and I set up our prepaid plan after our Canadian phone plan failed us across the border. While trying to set up the plan with Verizon we ran into so many hiccups along the way, but thankfully after a while he was able to make things work. He basically saved our trip because without access to data... we wouldn't have access to any directions. Thanks again, Jade!
Oh, and shout out to the co-worker who helped you over the phone as well. Y'all were great!

The W Bakerview location was wonderful today.
I came in to ask questions about upgrading my iphone 13pro max to a 15 pro max.
Josue B. had all the information ready to go and answered all my questions, he even found a specific discount code for what I wanted to purchase.
Noah R. was very personable and guided me through setting up the new phone. He did excellent 10/10 at applying my screen and camera protectors, which I have previously regret letting others do as I am a perfectionist about it.

I wish I had caught his name. The young man who assisted me was courteous, professional and helpful. I didn’t have to ask, as he offered to find ways to lower my monthly bill. This store gets a 10/10 today.

I was having trouble transferring my apps, email, contacts, etc from my old iphone to my new iphone from Verizon. Josue B at the Victra Verizon Store in Bellingham, WA was agreeable, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving this problem. He explained why I would need a special charger for this new phone (more powerful battery) and gave me a discount when I purchased it, along with a case. I definitely will go back to this store in the future.

Visiting this store is by far the fastest and easiest way to get your billing and technical questions answered. Not only will you get your questions answered, Josue B. was able to get me out of there with a Galaxy S23 Ultra and a Samsung Galaxy watch (with its own data line) for just an extra $10.00/month on my family plan! He takes care of each customer and will run through your entire plan to make sure you're getting everything you need for you and your family. I know Josue will be able to take care of me whenever I have a question about my device or my bill. That's why I go directly to the store when I need help.

I had friendly and knowledgeable customer service at this Bellingham store, so helpful and I felt truly cared about as a customer. It is hard to purchase a phone these days without immediately having buyers remorse because lets face it, I’m old enough to have purchased a car for less money than a phone costs these days. However my experience today was a very good one and I am a happy customer. Parul M was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process smooth, and also made sure I was getting the best deal I could get. Devin was the other salesperson there today and I noticed his upbeat and helpful attitude with his customers, too.

Went to Verizon this morning and had received excellent help from Jose B. Left smiling and with a lower bill! :)

I highly recommend this location. The guy that helped me, think his name was Gus, was amazing. Perfect service, really made me feel listened to and helped me figure out what I wanted perfectly. Not once did I feel like I was getting scammed or tricked into something I didn't want!

I would go to this store now because there are guys who know what they're doing

I would like to express my gratitude & appreciation to the Verizon representative, Manny, @ the Verizon store on east sunset in Bellingham. I was greeted with a professional & pleasant demeanor. My questions were answered with knowledge & honesty. I’m glad I decided to stop in even though there was very little store time available due to store hours, Manny made sure everything thing was to my satisfaction before I left. Very satisfied customer

This is simply the best customer service that I have ever seen. Hands down, over multiple visits, the staff here treat every question or concern with respect, patience and kindness.

I was super bummed I lost my phone over the weekend. I went in today and Tim was really helpful at helping me to submit a claim and I didn't want to wait 2 days to get a new phone which is discontinued anyhow, and Tim checked and I was eligible for an upgrade. He picked out a great phone and got me all set up. He was really professional and I would highly recommend anyone to go here for help. This is the 3rd review I have ever wrote , so that should say a lot. Awesome job Tim and thanks again
