Family Mattress & Furniture

I live in Wimberley but I was in New Braunfels picking up a daybed I found on Marketplace . I found out I would need a couple of mattresses so I stopped be Family Mattress & Furniture there in New Braunfels. Theresa there was really nice and helpful. While I was there, I picked up a queen mattress as well. It was just too comfortable to pass up. Theresa help me lift it on top of my SUV for the trip back to Wimberley. Besides mattresses, they sell bed frames, room dividers, sheets and TV stands. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. The sign says she'll will meet you there on Sunday if need be. One probably needs to plan that ahead of time

Stopped in the store to look &see what was available - desperately needed a new queen mattress. After another agonizing night of sleep. I called at 10am and 11:30 I was set up with a beautiful queen mattress. Delivered, installed & took my old mattress for hardly nothing. The owner called & came with the delivery guy! Talk about incredible, fun, caring service. Can't wait to jump into a wonderful night of sleep! Thank you

I cannot EVEN say enough wonderful words about Theresa and her amazing store. I’ve purchased several beds, pillows, and bedding from this store. High quality, excellent prices. Most recently, after dealing with terrible back pain, Theresa “fitted” me with an adjustable bed. I didn’t want to at first but she encouraged me to try one in store and my back pain was almost immediately alleviated. I ordered it on the Spot and patiently waited for my new bed to come in. Once it did, I started having the best nights of sleep. I’m telling you. A life changer!!!

Additionally, to know Theresa is a blessing in itself, and I consider her to be one of my dearest friends. When you are in her presence, you know that she has the biggest heart and loves with all of it.

We bought a mattress yesterday after needing one for a long time. Not only are we happy with our new mattress but the customer service was beyond any possible expectations. Theresa was so kind, talked to us about all the different options and needs that we had, interacted very friendly with our child and just went above and beyond in every aspect. Can I give 10 stars? I could not be happier about my new mattress! I knew it was time to get one but kept putting it off. First of all, I didn't want to spend the money. I also didn't want to deal with figuring out what kind of mattress to get. Theresa helped me narrow down my options. I ended up with a Malouf foam mattress. I've gone from a worn out, 12 year old mattress keeping me awake all night to a full, restful nights sleep in total comfort. Thank you, Theresa, a thousand times over. Family Mattress is the best kept secret in New Braunfels.

I seriously can’t recommend this business enough. I had heard about them on a Facebook group, and my gut was persistent on going to check the place out. And I’m glad I did!! They were so completely helpful with trying to find what I was looking for, I got exactly what I wanted, PLUS they recommended this cooling mattress cover, since I sleep hot. I was also able to stay within my budget, so that was a huge bonus! Delivery was a breeze as well, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!!

I purchased a Cal King Mattress here and it is so comfy! Theresa is very helpful and accommodating! She told me all about her monthly specials and snap financing which helped me purchase right away. She even stayed at her shop after hours so I can pick it up after work. Definitely recommend FM&F!

Absolutely love this place . The owners are so friendly and give such great deals .They have a great selection and can also order things for you which is really nice of them. They do delivery and can also dispose of old Mattresses I love how they do business.

Cannot say enough good things! If you're looking for a new mattress, you will not find a better bang for your buck. Theresa and Yvette even helped us load and strap our new bed into our truck.
