Stopped in to find out what I needed to gain healthy weight and Nick recommended an amazing stack of supplements. Very knowledgeable and didn’t feel pressured into buying anything I felt I didn’t need. Will definitely be back soon.

Nia is legit the best new store manager. She has changed the whole store it looks so clean the staff is wonderful but seriously go to her for any questions. She knows all and literally i go there every day for her knowledge on health products. The store looks so good and wow!

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I’ve worked a lot of retail jobs and know how customers often treat associates like trash. If people that posted previous reviews about associates asking them to tidy up were being disrespectful and making a mess of the store, the customers absolutely deserved to have their slobbery called out.

This Gnc has wonderful and knowledgeable staff that make an effort to help me find the right products every time I have shopped. I’m always greeted right when I walk in, and they’re ready for any questions I can fire at them. It’s sad to see how much of an issue understaffing has caused for this store and many, many others in the mall. When you take the time to talk to the couple of guys that do work here, you appreciate and understand the hard work they put in to keep this place open, and neat. Not many of these hidden gems left. Yet this store is one of the only Gnc I’ve visited that is opened everyday of the week so very thankful for that. Do yourself a favor and skip the online ordering, can’t beat the customer service and knowledge you get at these shops.
