I don't go here very often but it's been there for so long, the people are very helpful I had to get a vent for my dryer and they were very helpful with me getting it. They have pretty much anything you need in the way of household repairing

I LOVE this store! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Someone is there right when you walk in to ask if you need help. I especially like Charles. He is so kind and knowledgeable and doesn't talk down to me which I feel like you get sometimes being a woman in a hardware store. He is also nice to my kids and explains how he mixes paints and makes keys to them. I will definitely keep coming back here.

I strongly support Ace Hardware as a franchise. The staff at this specific location are knowledgeable and courteous. This location is one of their smallest floor plans. However, I find it conveniently located with important items for the handyman homeowner in surrounding suburban areas.

We adore the staff here. Very helpful in that non obtrusive manner. We first looked at concrete stains and were found by a wonderful associate there that pointed us to co create paint , which ended up saving us money as well as a better look than we hoped for on our finished basement game room. I even did some small Christmas gift shopping here Christmas eve, and I work retail, I know how annoying Christmas eve shoppers can be, they were helpful, open, caring, literally everything I strive to be.

I have used almost every other hardware store around . While in a rush I was by this place. So I had my first time going into a ace hardware store as I normally use homedepot or menards or lowes

This was the least stressful experience I had at a hardware store. Iv had times employees walk past you or you can’t get to right help or even the people aren’t as up beat friendly and all those places feel dull and stress me out.

This place was great I got help litothe second I walked in and other asking if I needed help to find something.

Very helpful people in there. Was greeted upon walking in as usual. They usually have exactly what I want. If they don't have they order for you. Service was fast and friendly.

Great neighborhood store. Recently, I brought back a previous purchase I was having problems with (I was pretty frustrated). All of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me & rectified the issue without hesitation. I've shopped there for years & usually find assistance quickly. Their renovations a few years ago were a great improvement.

Always good help, this is why I go to Ace over the big big stores. Today they had free hot dogs for the 4th. It's seriously the better hardware store.
