Gilmer Animal Clinic

Very friendly caring and gentle even with not so great patients. My dog has some behavioral issues but they still were kind to him and very patient. Will bring them all of my 6 pets and refer them to my customers. Great group of people.

Staff is super sweet and helpful and they was super gentle with my pups! I have never had a problem out of any of the staff with my pups. They know what they are doing when my pups have come in sick.

We have been using Gilmer animal clinic for years I have three dogs and they have remained healthy and happy with never any problems. We also use them to kennel our animals when we take a weekend trip and as happy as they are to see us I can tell they have been well taken care of I highly recommend them for any of your vet services

Always a great experience. Kind with all of our animals, and very sympathetic when we have had a loss. Everyone knows you by name and your pets as well! We have had a great relationship for more than 20 years now.

Dr Ball and entire staff are awesome. From my initial call to make the 1st appointment, to receptionist at the front desk, to the vet techs, to Dr Ball, the entire experience could not have been better. Yesterday was our fur babies final round of puppy vaccines and still exceptional service start to finish. We added getting their nails clipped. Our babies are growing bigger every minute and nails were done in a jiffy. We couldn't believe they were done so fast!
Also their prices are very reasonable!!! We are new to the area and so glad we chose this office to help us with our growing fur babies.

We have used GAC for many years. Great service, compassion and teamwork. The prices are more than fair.

Dr. Ball is easy to talk to and explains things where you can understand every detail of you pet's condition, treatment and procedures.

Mary goes above and beyond her call of duty to meet your needs, answer your questions and is truly compassionate. She will find an answer if she doesn't know the answer.

The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and trained well.

A bonus has been the part time addition to another awesome veterinarian Dr. Miller.

Took Bugsy in because of skin issues. Dr Ball discovered an ear infection I wasn’t even aware of. We always get super nice treatment. They listen to my concerns and don’t try and push expensive things on us. They do always handle my pug problems. Highly recommended!!!! Plus they keep up with my other pet needs.

We love Dr. Ball and the staff at Gilmer Animal Clinic. They are amazing, and always there to answer any questions you have. They do so well with Zowie and Bowie on every visit!

I had an issue going on with my fur baby. I had taken her to her vet clinic that I had taken her to for years, and the vet was by far the most rude, inconsiderate, nasty person ever. I called this clinic on April 6, 2023 2 days after that and talked about what was going on with my girl and what I felt I needed to do. I can't remember her name but she was so comforting and reassured me that my decision was not selfish. Once I walked in I was all tore up so much I couldn't talk. They knew who I was. The vet, Dr Miller, and his assistants were so nice. Dr. Miller was just what I needed on one of the hardest days of my life and my son, who was with me. I made the hardest decision to put my fur baby to sleep because she was suffering and in pain. If I ever decide to get another fur baby I will most definitely be using this vet clinic. Thank you to the whole staff for being so nice, understanding, and not making me feel like I didn't care about my fur baby. Y'all are awesome!! 💗

We just moved to the area and are super happy with the way they have treated us and our Mr. Bean and Cheech. My wife looked them up prior to moving to the area and we are excited to continuing bringing our pets to the clinic for as long as Hod keeps them with us. Recently moved to Gilmer so I had to find a new Vet office. I'm glad I went with GAC! Everyone was a dream and treated my babies as their own! I have a newly adopted pup and they helped me figure out the best diet for him! Shout to Lindsey, the Science Diet dry dog food worked for Teddy!💗

I love Dr. Craig Ball and his entire staff! My family uses Gilmer Animal Clinic for our dogs and livestock. They are truly amazing with all my babies! If you don't have a regular vet or you aren't really sure about your regular vet you absolutely should check them out!

My blue lacy LOVES when it's time for a vet visit. He gets super excited as soon as we pull up. They take great care of both of my dogs!!!!

Today was my first visit and the girls in the office were so friendly and kind to me and my puppies. They were all very knowledgeable and answered ever question I asked. The vet him self was great with my puppies and was also very kind. I would absolutely suggest them. They are also very decently priced. All vets are expensive but they were better priced then the four I called before them.

I brought my cat in recently and was so pleased with the clinic! Everyone was super friendly and compassionate. They have reasonable prices and this would be my full time clinic if I didn't live so far away.
