Annie helped me exchange my old 7 plus to a new I phone 13. She did a wonderful job and was very helpful with the entire process. She even helped me pick out accessories for my new phone. She was very sweet and patient with me! Would recommend going to see her at the store to anyone!

I would totally recommend anyone that goes here, to go see Jacob! He helped me with everything I needed and also had a line of people to the door and was doing an awesome job managing everyone's needs even while being the only one working at the time. Kept a very calm, collected tone as well(I would have been panicked and and frantic!) Very pleased with my visit today. Thank you, Jacob!

Annie first of all was all by herself and she was working so hard waiting on at least 2 people at all times ….. she was so helpful and very friendly. I traded my 8 plus phone for a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and love it! Russell Cellular is a great store with nice employees, the only one negative is they need more options to buy

The agent at the store Maisie was wonderful.she was very knowledgeable about everything concerning the set up of my new phone. She explained in detail how to use the IPhone.I was always a android fan until she show me how easy I could use the iPhone.I have never had anyone that took the time and patience that she did with setting up a phone for a new customer. I appreciate the patience she took with me since I am still learning how a smart phone works.I highly recommend this store and the agent Maisie.

My experience was great! Rachel did an excellent job and was very helpful and patient in getting everything switched over from my old phone to my new one. My customer service was so much better at this store than the corporate Verizon store that I had been to the day before! Thanks Rachel!

Kick A** Every single time I come in, always by far way more help then Verizon customer service ever could sell their souls to be. If it could be done they will make it happen, if it can’t they will tell you and not bs you into something you don’t need or won’t work.. Highly recommend store to visit every employee in there is top notch customer service and Verizon should take notes, not enough stars that should be giving 5 is too low.

My experience here is always excellent!! The staff is Always fast friendly and professional. Hailey is the absolute best and I'm always confident in getting a product that she recommends, because I know she has my best interest at heart
