Walmart Supercenter

Really clean an organized store. But one of works rang a Pepsi up an then went to other self checkout to ring up same drink an then came over to me and told me I need to get a Pepsi cause I just rang my stuff up. Lucky enough one of the employees Heard her an help me clear it off. Thank goodness cause I don't drink Pepsi.

Emmy in online order and pickup is the model of great service. When I left item at checkout, called store for customer service... they did not answer. Called back and hit her extension. Kind and knowledgeable.. After hearing my dilemma, she found my item and held for me to pick up. Bless her.. Great job. Above and beyond.

Love my local Walmart and the employees there :) you can tell the associates care, very rarely long lines, and of course everyone is friendly there :)

Walmart store in Carthage.
Friendly cashiers and all checkouts were open. I stood in the checkout line about 8 minutes. Store was clean and well stocked.

Carthage Walmart pick-up has always been great. Tez is the friendliest!

Last night I was coming out and a employee named Jeffrey held a umbrella for me to get in my van so my electric wheelchair would not get wet ..that's the nicest thing a store employee has ever done for me to go above and beyond...thanks Jeffrey

It's a smaller Walmart but it's very clean and organized. The employees seemed to be human and not looking at you like you were there to steal something like others I've been in. Urgh that's the most disrespectful and disgusting feeling when shown that disrespectful treatment

You are now entering the Twilight Zone. I can promise you, that you have never been in a Walmart like this. The outside is plainer than most Walmarts, but don’t let that fool you. Enter on in. The management here is to be commended. We did not meet a single member of staff who was not courteous and helpful. I literally heard one employee tell the customer (after she thanked him for his help) he said, “No problem ma’am. That’s my job.” In 2022, that is a phrase you don’t hear anymore.

We we’re walking around looking for a grill cleaner and an employee asked if we needed any help, and he helped us find it. Then I asked an employee for help finding another item. Did I mention, these employees lead you to the item? I felt like I was in Publix. It was an absolutely amazing experience.

I would shop at this Walmart any time and I hate Walmart. I believe that corporate Walmart should pay attention to the management of this store and run all the Walmarts like this.

The employees where ready to hand me a kart with a smile. The place was well stocked, and ready to warm me for winter. Tons of size 11 shoes! There was an employee it seemed in every other Isle. I liked that those stocking shelves where sure to not crowd the isles, so that customers could shop without the inconvenience of their re- stock.

I had the pleasure of visiting the li ation in Carthage Tennesse today. It was the best walmart experience I have hadin 2 years( usually i shop in Lebanon Tn.)
The Carthage location was extremely clean, and organized. The assiciates all had smiles. I found absolutely every item on my list. (Plus a few extras).
As a previous associate i was thoroughly impressed. Way to go Walmart in Carthage! I will be deiving the extra miles to shop here every tume!!!

There was a tornado warning alert when we walked in the were very friendly as they led us into the cooler with the workers to wait out the storm. Extremely grateful kindness and caring. Thankfully no damage and no one was hurt

love the vast verity of merchandise . Also was impressed with the employees wearing masks for their families as well as their customers. I know by me wearing a mask it can be uncontrollable but well worth the effort protecting others that i can't be 6 feet apart as recommend. I would not be able to forgive myself if i made someone else sick because i didn't want to feel uncomfortable. This has nothing to do with politics but care for my fellow mankind.

This store is awesome, the staff are great and the manager was great. I want to thank the manager over housewares, I wish I could remember her name, we called and asked if they had a certain product in stock and the person on the phone said yes we have them in stock so I drove little over an hour and 10 minutes to come get that product when I got there there was no product so the housewares manager talk to the store manager and gave me a wonderful surprise.

The employee that has been the one to deliver our groceries has been nothing but super nice and has been the required 6 feet away. This is the only way we can get our groceries right now. She is a extremely valuable employee to your company. She needs a raise.

In and out of customer service as usual very helpful

I've lived in Carthage more than 2 years now and not once has a cashier offered to help me unload my purchases onto the conveyor belt even though I am disabled and using an electric shopping cart and they can see I am struggling to reach and lift half or more of the items. The other customers are great about helping me get things I can't reach or lift but it's rare I can find an employee to help me.
When I lived in Lebanon the cashiers always unloaded the merchandise for me unless they were disabled and sitting on a stool. Big difference.

My local Walmart. Could be bigger but they have some stuff I need.. you know.. the kind of stuff you get at Walmart. Could certainly have more gluten free options if it wanted to be better.

I'm here OFTEN! Never had a bad experience! Very friendly employees and very helpful!
