Had my 6 m/o kitten spayed. She was jumping up on shelves , climbing out of her crate in 2 days. Dr Towns and his staff are the best. This is the only clinic I take my pets to.

We were visiting from out of state when our dog became ill. I called TCVS and they were so understanding and got me an appointment that same day. Dr. Towns was so caring and patient with us and even took the time to review the medical records from our vet back in Texas before making a final diagnosis. He made us feel better about our fur baby’s prognosis and she is already on the mend!!! Thank you TCVS and Dr. Towns!

This vet responded to our needs for an emergency visit on New Years Eve! Did an awesome job and was incredibly helpful. We so appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help on a holiday evening. Thank you!

I had given up on the tumors that Boo being able to be removed but Dr Townes said he would do whatever he could to get as much off ...HE GOT THEM ALL!!! She already is wanting to run like a puppy. She had been so miserable. They gave me my dog back !!!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I have been to them a total of only 3 times now, but each time they have been kind, caring, gentle, and very receptive of my worries. Over this past Labor Day weekend, I was made aware that my 3 babies were being neglected during their boarding at a farm in Madison. Obviously, no vet clinic except ER was going to be open, but in my experience working in the vet world the last 4 years, my dog Tate's condition was worse than my other two, but not emergent. So I waited until they opened Tuesday to call to see if I could bring him in. There wasn't any back and forth, they got me in the same day, answered all my questions, and were so compassionate towards our situation. Not to mention, I blew a tire out on the way to our appointment, and were then rolling on a donut tire so we ended up being 10 min late because we couldn't actually go the speed limit! They were so nice about it, I hate being late! So thank you to the front desk staff for being so nice. Because of the doctors at home recommendations and the fluids they gave Tate at the clinic, he has truly turned a corner the last 3 days. He is eating his normal amount, eager for his treats, his face has filled out some more, his ears are healing, and the sore/infection on his hip has gone down in size. Tate loves the staff and the doctor! We will not be going to any other clinic any time soon! The vet world is not an easy career field to be in, so to practice with so much kindness and to treat my boys as if they're the only ones in the clinic, is amazing. You are all appreciated! :)

Hands down the best vet office in our area. My chickens got attacked by a fox, they had a fix. My dog got hit by a car, they had a fix and now only 3 weeks later my dog is almost back to normal. Prices are absolutely great, the care they show towards the animals and compassion for the pet owners they show is leaps and bounds above what you’d think a small town vet clinic would be. They’re my go to place for all my animal medical needs.

This was our first visit here. We had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Townsend and his staff. We were in and out in a timely manner, and Dr. Townsend was very accommodating to the situation with our dog and made our visit a great experience. TCVS have earned themselves a returning customer. They took excellent care of our fur babies! One of our dogs has high energy and can be a bit too much. They were so patient with him and treated him as their own pet. Fantastic staff!

They have always been able to get my appointments set up in a timely matter and the staff is extremely sweet. I have dealt with many different vet offices and they are by far my favorite. They are such trustworthy and caring people. I moved out of state and still schedule my appointments with them when I come into town.

They have a great staff. They are so reasonably priced. We take both our dogs there. 1 large dog and the other sm/md dog and the both get the individualized care they need. They are patient and encouraging to our little one who is skiddish and quick and efficient with the big dog who doesn’t care.
