This place is a beauty palace with bright light's, massive product options and excellent customer service. It's ran by men and they make every one feel beautiful when visiting.

I absolutely LOVE the customer service here. The selections are on point and the store is ALWAYS clean. I will not go to any other beauty supply store. The men who work there are so sweet and courteous with an amazing sense of humor. I never feel profiled or uncomfortable there. They always ask if we need assistance. I wish every establishment had people like them. Great job y’all

The absolutely go-to store for all hair products and needs, especially for black African hair styles and textures.

Nice place however I would suggest either limiting the number if people you cone in or get security. While me and my daughter was there if had to be over 40+ plus people and they were not being honest. .

My favorite Beauty Supply store ..... I’m there almost everyday..... the customer service always on point ... they always have what I need.... and being that they are open on Sunday is a plus .... Major shoutout to Platinum you guys are the real MVPs.

They always have everything I need! And they are the nicest guys when you walk in. The store is a little congested with stuff but they have it all.

Although they didnt have meltdown edge control. I was able to find everything else I was looking for. The giy at the counter was very helpful and polite. 😊😊😊
