Hannaford

We're visiting the area for a week and this was our go to place for groceries. Really clean store. Premade food was really good when we were in a pinch. Had everything we needed during our visit.

We always appreciate the exceptional customer service at the Turner Hannaford! What a team!

This is one of the larger Hannaford supermarkets: I really wish it was closer to my house because they have a wide variety of different options for vegetarians in the frozen foods department, and I love taking those to work for lunch. It's also the only place I've been able to find the "right" Fancy Feast flavor lately- maybe the cat can stop looking at me like I'm trying to poison her!

I do not typically shop this Hannaford .
I found it very difficult to find things they have broken up aisles and an aisle just randomly down through the store between that other shelves going in the other direction and the meat department. it's odd. but I love Hannaford their products are normally very good very fresh and a reasonable price

The Hannaford in Turner Maine is a better stocked place then any in the Lancaster Pa area, thats saying alot considering the differance in population. A huge place with everything and decent prices.

Employees here are extremely friendly and the store is kept impeccably clean. I'm not really sure what those lengthy low-star reviews on here are talking about, as I've been coming here for a few years with my family now and have never experienced any of the issues they've listed.

If you happen to stop in here, pick up some Hannaford-brand chocolate chunk cookies! They'll get stale after a week or so, but for those first 2-3 days after you bring them home they'll taste like heaven.

I SO enjoy visiting your store! I live about a mile from Shaw’s Auburn, & will go there when I just need a couple of incidentals or to grab a deal. However, like today, I had a dozen or more items to get & drove to Turner to get them. (The Spring St. store is closer, but you encounter numerous traffic lights)
Anyway, all of the staff there are SO friendly & make you feel so welcome! My cashier & bagger actually said “thank you!” So often I say thank you out of courtesy & the reply is “no problem” which I hate! Your self checkouts are more user friendly than Shaw’s as well! I love the automated “see you soon” vs. “please remove all of your groceries” (paraphrasing) @ Shaw’s.
I could go on, but you get the idea!
We have a friend that lives about 2 miles south of us & she will essentially drive right past Shaw’s to go your store.

This store is always stocked and well kept.
I've seen the G.M. around the store and he always makes eye contact with me and nods his head, as he's ready to be receptive to questions and concerns. That's customer service within itself. This is hard to find nowadays.
He obviously runs a tight ship.

I enjoy shopping at Hannaford for my groceries.The place is always clean. Disinfectant visible being utilized. The food is always fresh. Good variety of products. The employee's seem happy to work there. I find the cashiers very plesant and willing to assist customers. I have witnessed numerous cashiers continue to be polite and professional even though a customer rudely interrupted. I would recommend Hannaford Supermarket to my friends and family. A great place to do your grocery shopping.

My favorite Hannaford to shop at is Tyrner, especially during the holidays. Lewiston auburn is always packed, but Turner is not so much during the holidays especially. It's not because they aren't great it's just how it is.

Fresh produce. Great deli selections. Clean and friendly staff. No long checkout lines. Parking is a little tight but for the area it is sufficient. We get most of our groceries from this store. It is one of the newer Hannaford supermarkets than the others that were converted from the old Shop N Save stores and it is much cleaner than the others.

The best Hannafords around don't go to the jay one they area kinda rude, manager said it's because they get a lot of theft. But this one in turner is great and has a good selection of food an local stuff as well.

Love this store...I stop most mornings on my way to work. Usually Pam is the cashier, she is pleasant - always, and has told me about great deals in the store and suggests recipes.
A special thanks to the produce manager for cutting my "hard to cut" squash, in half for me earlier this week. Supper was a breeze after work...thanks to him!

This store is so nice and so are the employees! Today was my first time using the pharmacy and they went out of their way to help me with my prescription. It's so wonderful to have a store that still values customer service. 5 stars!!!

Good service and employees, some things are expensive, some are cheaper, I prefer the meat selection quality here over Walmart

Sign up for Hannaford Rewards and you'll earn money back and also free items. Lots of coupons also. I use the App almost every time to save money. The App is very easy to use.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. The prices are great. I always find what I'm looking for. They also offer online ordering/pick up and a drive thru pharmacy.

Hannaford is one place that does not change things around on you. If you are in a bit of a hurry you can go directly to what you need. I have never been stuck in line at checkout for any length of time and the workers are friendly. My preferred place to shop.
