Trenton Marketplace

We stopped in while camping in the area and this place was fully stocked with all the essentials. The employees were helpful and very polite. The prices were reasonable and the store was very well maintained. The entire experience of shopping here was very nice. We will definitely be back for more as we continue through our vacation.

Decided to work part time for a few months at this market and found it to be a really great place for many things.

*Gas Prices are usually the best or close to it
*Friendly local atmosphere
*hot food, cold food, ready to go food
* Get your gas, groceries, drinks and dinner all at the same place

Tim is one of the head managers and he really helps make the place what it is, along with a few staple employees this place really is a hidden gem right in plain sight.

I passed through on this stores 2nd year anniversary and the owner dropped the price 50-60 cents cheaper than the average to celebrate. This is just great, wholesome business. Definitely feel great about supporting this business 🙂

The old iga has come along in many ways to be a 5-star on the food chain. Have to figure out a new pet name to call it. But we still call it the old iga. Have to remind myself to tell the guests The Trenton Market place. But they can find it on Google maps easily
They have command of the market being on the only road onto the island! The new owners are doing well with their improvements!

Looking Good!! The new owners have really CLEANED the place up they even plan to put in new flooring. Groceries are stocked by Hannaford's. So much more convienent for me than having to drive to Bar Harbor or Ellsworth. The more people that shop there the more choices we will eventually have.

I am in the store often 2-to-3 times per day during the tourist season months just to grab breakfast, a snack or grocery shop. Bobby is a great butcher, always having things available for those of us who do not have time to cook in summer, and Heather is the best at keeping the front end checkouts moving along smoothly...always polite and cheerful. Thanks for being the great store you are!

This has always been one of my favorite stores growing up to present, while going on trips to Bar Harbor. I heard they're changing ownership and converting to a Hannaford supplied independent.

It's a nice store. They have everything I need. It's a big upgrade from the previous store.

Even after being bought this place has great meat and prices. I love that its a grocery store but still has a local home town feal.

I work for the Edward's Brothers in there Unity location but have been to Trenton to help convert to your new hannaford supplied store. The idependents follow most ads, some items my not be carried by smaller stores but we certainly try our best to accommodate our customers. Stopped here to use their washroom. It was clean with plenty of toilet paper.
Before leaving I bought some imodium.

Great selections on just about everything you could need, amazing prices and even pizza and other goodies to grab and go.

This store has everything you need on your Maine adventure. Gas, groceries, and fresh lobster that they will pack for your return trip home.

Great little local store . Staff is friendly . Prices are decent bfairly comparable to to big chains. Would recommend.

Good place. They have a policy that taking screaming abuse from customers is not part of their employees duties. 5th star is for that reason.

Clean and updated also a good place for Tourist and Local travelers
