Great experience each and every time I enter the shop. The employees are welcoming and helpful. The shop is clean and I have never had an issue with waiting for service ...and if it did - It was because the employee was taking the time to properly service that customer before me.

Been going here on a weekly basis for almost a year. Everyone who works there is very personable and helpful. I had one single issue and Ismail handled it perfectly, which is at the lowest level possible and minimum fuss. He didn't have to do what he did, but he knows I'm a regular and am a pretty easy going customer. Therefore, when I came in with a complaint, he listened, and then he remedied the situation for me.

They already had my loyalty, but I'll be sure to spread the word and bring in more customers since they deserve it.

Special shout out to Jacob who has been approx 8/9 in his recommendations for me and that's a pretty damn good score.

They have good prices on most things (not going to find any better around but will find more expensive).

I really appreciate their level of customer service and can't recommend enough for the Kratom and their 411 products.

First of all excellent products!!! There’s so much to chose from and the items in this shop are such good quality. Truthfully what keeps me going back is the excellent and welcoming customer service experience whenever I’m there, it makes it worth shopping and stopping by. I highly recommend!!!!!!!

I get my kratom there in between my online orders. the quality is surprisingly good and the prices are outstanding. An 8 ounce bag is just a bit more expensive than my online source. I've tried kratom at different smoke shops and both the pricing and quality sucked. The gentleman that is usually working there is very polite and friendly. Many others at smoke shops are acting like they want to do anything in the world other than help you lol. I like to support local businesses when I can so I'm happy to shop here.

When this individual called Griffier came into cloud time as I was shopping around, him and his lady friend tried returning what looked like a dirty bong, it looked like water was floating in it, and there excuse was it wasn't used like they were fooling someone, the poor employee had to deal with these people, That employee is a good person and doesn't need to deal with people like griffier, Just felt like clearing the air One Love people.

Very welcoming experience as I walked in through the door. The employees helped me with my questions and showed me to the products I was looking for, I am very happy with my trip to Cloud Time Smoke Shop !!!

Didn't know much about vapes and devices but the boy who worked there helped explain them to me and was very professional about it, 10/10 will come back.

The gentleman in the store was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
