Harbor Freight Tools

If your a DIY person, Harbor Freight is for you. They have amazing prices on lots of different things. Now, if you’re a professional or a serious craft person who wants tools that are really high-quality and will last a lifetime, look somewhere else. The store is well organized and quite clean. I found exactly what I was looking for and I am quite pleased with my purchase. There are always specials and clearance items so I usually end up with more than I came for. Good thing this store is not right around the corner from me lol

I generally only buy consumables sandpaper paint strainers that sort of thing but the people there are great. Very helpful

Upon entering this store I was greeted by Thomas! He was quick in helping my lost soul find what I needed. Not only was he willing to make sure the tool I wanted worked for my power tool but he then proceeded to open a 3rd register for all the store seeing that the open 2 registers were super busy. Thomas the took 1 customer from both registers until the lines were almost gone when I had the luck of paying for my stuff. To be honest I Normally don't shop here but Thomas mad this experience very welcoming so moving forward I'll make sure to bring my business here. Great place. Kind and knowledge guy at the front desk asks me if he can guide me to what I'm looking for. He was managing the cashier at the same time. Love this place, good prices and decent quality especially for diyers.

I love this place every time I go I wind up spending way more money than I planned on but it's all good 😊

Very good value, excellent tools for the DIY person. Most tools offer performance that meets or exceeds professional line tools for a fraction of the price. If you're using the tools occasionally but can't justify paying to truck price Harbor Freight offers affordable tools that work very well. Their associates are very helpful and customer oriented.

Best tool store in the area. I have been buying their tools for years since they opened up in Middletown NY. The stores are set up for customers to be able to fold what they come for with ease. The people working there are always friendly and super helpful. Thanks Harbor Freight for fill my life with joy and tools!

A discount supermarket for all your tool needs. A first consideration durung any project beginning. I ask myself, "can I get away with using a Harbor Freight _____ ?". The answer is the eternal price vs durability comparison. Do I need this tool to last forever? How long can I get out of this? Is it actually cheaper than anywhere else? I know, all deep questions, but timeless nonetheless. I particularly appreciate the entry-level price on some tools that I wouldn't necessarily buy if not for the discount compared to Lowe's, Home Depot or online. Did I need an 18" 1/2" drive breaker bar? No, I didnt. But it was so cheap I bought it anyway. Did I need 500 assorted rivets? Nope. But it was the same price as 50 at Lowe's. Buy one file for $6 on Amazon, or 10 for $12 here? You be the judge. But I stand by erratic haphazard spending frugality. - Satisfied Hobbyist

The service that day was top notch. It was busy, the staff was running around but still found time to answer several questions. I purchased Heavier items so they even broke away to help me load into my car. They had a system, the person in the manager type role came out to support the registers and make sure the other customers were not delayed by having to help us load. The register people did not have to call for this assistance, they just keep an eye on each other and the customers. It was like watching a pro team sport.
At North East Ford, I am going to use my experience as an example in our training meetings. It was really impressive. The products were good, but the service makes this location feel like a mom and pop shop. Excellent

My first time there. I've been purposely avoiding it; I have an issue, an serious issue with impulse shopping. I like tools. All shiny and new. Prices are great. The question I'll not know the answer to just yet; how is the quality? It's easy for the vendor to claim they are 'quality' tools. Time will tell!

Today was a good day! Bought a new gas powered chainsaw with the Insider's discount. Once the weather clears, those trees are getting a trim!!

Great Harbor Freight. Good selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stop by at least once a week. Love the plaza too. Great location.

Steadily improves. Now offers a line of better tools, but sold at relatively high prices. Of interest is selection of wonderfully designed, better tool cabinets, though, again, too high s prece. Employees helpful

Great place for cheap quality automotive tools and accessories. I work at a dealership and deal with Snap On, Matco, Mac Tools and Harbor Freight's Icon tool brand is just as good as the rest. If you want cheaper affordable tool's, with brand name quality, Icon is the way to go.
