Great Customer Service ,called first talked to Tim and shared my interest and when I got to the Store Tim shown which Sofas we had talked about .So quick in and out they loaded on truck for us .Is wrapped in plastic and cardboard for protection , The two pillows also come with the sofa is a Grey color they have in Blue also . Very comfortable and easy to get up off also for firm but comfy.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping at J & J Furniture in Unadilla, NY. The store itself is such a fantastic furniture store to shop at! The quality of furniture and selection was great and they had great prices too! I like how they offered 0% Financing Options, and No Credit Needed options. The customer service there was absolutely great! The Sales Associates were all very knowledgeable about the furniture and services they offered, and they were all very friendly and easy to work with! I will definitely be coming back again anytime I need quality furniture with affordable pricing that also comes with great customer service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND J&J Furniture to anyone in need of new furniture!!

We have gotten a lot of things from here and it's been good quality, staff is very nice. Delivery men were very nice and removed our old stuff. Yes we paid for them to take it away for us but when you have no way of doing it yourself it's worth it for them to do it
