VERY pleased with attention and treatment at this person-centered facility! My sister and I have very different needs and temperaments and are well served by Gregg Kujawski, NP.

2 times i needed help. Greg and Maria have always made time.they are awesome and im glad they are in franklin. And always ready to help in a pinch! Thank you guys!

I usually do not share my experiences publicly but I feel I must in this case. My experience with the provider here was acceptable but the staff is terrible and have absolutely no concept of why... though other Google reviewers seem to understand why I complained of communication issues with the staff. They can often have an attitude if you speak contrary to anything they say, especially if you question or challenge them. The tactless and unprofessional attitude of the staff, the gaps in communication, and now refusal to help patients who express that concern, is frankly shocking. I have seen many different providers, specialists etc in my time, and been employed by medical professionals, but never have I encountered a staff which approaches medical care in this way. I highly advise seeking care elsewhere, before they refuse to help YOU for some obscure reason also.

Since the coronavirus crisis began, a loved one and I have left countless urgent messages regarding prescription needs, none of which have been returned. I write this review primarily to get the attention of the practice; I think it's extraordinarily irresponsible to leave your patients out in the cold at a time like this. Shame on you; check your voicemail and answer your phones. This is totally unacceptable.

Don’t bother calling, they can’t take the time to call you back. It’s been a solid week since I spoke to the clerical staff member who answered the phone (and I had to call back to get someone on the phone since no one returned the message that I had previously left) and she was very pleasant, assured me that someone would call me back and I would be seen there or they would help me find someone else...nothing so far. No call back whatsoever. Very disappointing.
