Ordered a couch with the help of salesperson Diane S, despite the fact that she wouldn’t receive the commission because I initially worked with a different salesman. Next piece of furniture that I buy will be with her because of her professionalism, patience & kindness.

Clean, friendly staff, a lot of holiday sales, seemed to be well stocked. This is also a convient location for a day out shopping. There is other stores in close proximity including a guitar store and a book store. There are also alot of restaurants nearby too.

Old school, pre-pandemic department store… it was so refreshing to walk around and shop!
My teenage son enjoyed a fully-stocked store with plenty of options and choices.
We have decided that Macy’s will be where we shop.

Macy's has great sales! They have these wonderful discount racks where items are marked sometimes 70 to 90% off incredible! And the quality is so good. I also like their bathrooms. They are clean. And the handicap one upstairs has a sink in the stall. That is priceless. And oh wow what beautiful dresses they have. If I needed one for mother of the bride, or mother of the groom this is where I would go to find it. You could also go down stairs and get make-up tips for the great day. It's always fun for me to go in and look around because I never know what I'll find.
Macy's has added Toys R Us. 🧸 big bonus

Week before Christmas, fairly well stocked, clean. Some long lines. Clerks helpful.

The perfect place to shop for a homecoming dress....my daughter found exactly what she wanted and it was very affordable which left us extra money for the perfect pair of shoes!!!!

The had plenty of stock and some nice sales. While short on staff they were available and informative and if prompted very detailed.

I was there on Black Friday and had the greatest experiences. Jamie our check out associate made our experience extremely pleasant. She did a terrific job. Proud of Macy's hiring individuals with disabilities. I would recommend to everyone. Support of these companies is what America needs.

This is my favorite store for jeans. The staff here is extremely helpful.

Went to look for fancy shoes, my daughter is a bridesmaid in her brother's wedding. They had a large selection. An employee ask if we needed any help, we were good but it was nice they offered. I'd recommend Macy's anytime it's a great store.

Wow, the sales. There is always something to be found. How about a $300.00 winter coat for about $100 Numerous sales. A nice place to shop. You can find good sales at this store, unlike Walmart Everyday price. Choose Macys for Everyday sales.

Great service every time we go

Everyone was so nice. They lady that worked in the purse department was a little rude she lose a sale I ordered off the michael kors site.

So Many different dresses to choose from and the Staff is so helpful and friendly. Macy's is a Staple in America something about about the smell and the nostalgia with the latest fashions keeps you coming back. The Staff here ask if u need anything and are usually friendly. The makeups and perfumes are hard to pass-by
