Great service when anyone's available. The jewelry counter person was very nice. And helpful. Love what she picked out.

Love JC Pennys. pretty well stocked, only issue was long wait Friday before Christmas and was told 11 cashiers did not show.. long lines of course. But cashier in luggage dept was helpful. You do have to be careful and alert as the area has a problem with crime even in the daytime. Parking can be rough but will go again.

I was looking for a specific item today but wasn’t able to find what I was looking for so as a last resort I asked a store employee if she knew if they had a black dress shirt for a girl. Marilyn left what she was doing and took me to different areas of the store where she knew we might find that item. She was such a big help and it only took 15 minutes of her time. Thanks Marilyn!

I absolutely love shopping @ this store!!
I just purchased 7 Ambrielle bra's for 8$ each! The other 3 were 20$ and that's still a great price, especially when they typically run between 40$- 45$!

Good location. Ample parking. Very friendly employees. Store seems well maintained. Clean. Plenty of selection and sales. Doors open late on Sundays.

JC Penneys was great. Although they don't have a great supply of shoes. I did find some shoes,but the saleslady was not very helpful.

Was that the Mishawaka Indiana JCPenney store needed to get a suit. Ask one of the sales ladies ( Diane) she says we can hook you right up. and she went and got another sales associate named pearly. These are the most amazing sweetest ladies I could have ever had to help me out. They had me looking Sharp in no time. These two amazing ladies that represent your store definitely need to be recognized. I wanted to add a picture of the they hooked me up with but was unable to add it to the site. It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've ever had in my life.

Good one stop shop for trying on multiple makes of women's pants. I purchased a white pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans, which run small, so I'm glad I didn't order them online. I found a good deal on a new shirt too!

Great selection of dress suits, shirts & ties for men.

I Love the store overall. They have two cashiers that need to learn better customer service. One was walking from the bathroom and almost walked right into me. Then, I tried to let them know the stall I was in needed tissue. They both ignored me.

Gonna miss JCPenney at Concord mall, been going here for 49 years. I remember coming here for school clothes at county seat, to hanging out at the arcade. Definitely part of my growing up. Wish they would work out stuff with the owner of the mall

Every single individual staff member I ran into was so friendly. Plus they were fabulous with a return I had to make. Tons of options!

Nice to shop in a real store once in a while. The staff member who assisted me was a very nice young man who had just helped a woman with a lot of issues. She left happy, and so did I 😀

I don't think I have ever been inside a JCPenney store but once they started having the pickup outside, then I started ordering online and in the app. I have found some really good deals and I don't have to get out of my car to go there and get them. When you order online for outside pickup. You arrive at the store and the App will guide you quickly to getting your products. the staff are really quick to be at your vehicle. Really happy for that.

I am sure they have great deals and it's a wonderful place to shop. The employees are nice and always ask if there is something we need. I am normally here cause the Grandkids love the escalator 👍🙂
