Yes Lowe's is a large corporate Box Store, it's not what defines restoring its community it's the staff and the level of service and their commitment to their clients. I've always had a great experience well shopping at this location. My two daughters saw balloon that were out for promotional purposes and they had asked if they were allowed to have one, a lovely staff member named EM spoke to the manager to see if it was acceptable. It's important to understand customer service. I left it with the store with the but you said I had in mind and my daughters with two balloons have some impeccable people who are Community oriented. Thank you Em for putting smiles on my daughter's face

My Lowes store has everything I need for home improvement. Truly it's one of my favorite stores to shop in. They have very capable employees and managers to assist you with your purchases.

Went in to purchase a chest freezer. The size I needed was not in stock. Usually I would just go somewhere else. Today I ran into Mike. Mike is a delivery driver just happened to be standing in the appliance department. After some friendly joking we came up with the plan to buy 2 smaller freezers. Out of all the trips to lowes this store and it’s associates is the friendliest lowes ever. Mike gave 5 star service. Thanks for a great morning.

Just bought online and picked up at the store an HE washer. The staff gets 110 percent for great customer service. I haven't installed the washer yet so no comment on that yet but I'm pretty sure I'll be happy with it. Many thanks to the staff for making it a pleasant time. DTS

I was helped by Marcos today in multiple areas of the store. He listened to my project idea and gave me various options to make it a success. He is the kind of employee that makes a company look very good. I was also helped by a nice young lady who went out of her way to locate and bring me a box of gloves, though I had already indicated I could make due with an alternative. Excellent help! All Lowes stores are the cleanest home improvement and the prices are not throw the roof like some towel head stores trying to get richer homedepot and you don't have to rip off anything to read it . I give all Lowes stores 20 stars for customer relations and pricing excellent work

Thier worker's in lawn and garden are very helpful and friendly. I asked for help and they were very busy at the time, and yet they still had time to help me and they knew exactly what I was looking for and were able to take me right to everything I was looking for so I didn't have to spend alot of time searching for things, I couldn't find a cart to put my plants on and the cashier even went out to the parking lot to get me a cart when she saw everything I was trying to carry!
They all work together very well, GREAT TEAMWORK!

Great group of helpful polite friendly

We had a pleasant walk through the gardening section. A nice employee helped us find the paint we were looking for. My husband, a combat veteran was given a discount and thanked for his service. It is a big store. Plenty of parking.

I generally have really good experiences at this Lowes store, but wanted to highlight a recent purchase and interaction with one of their specialists. A few weeks ago, our antiquated slop sink decided to fail in spectacular fashion, resulting in a leak that destroyed the counter and cabinet it sat in, flooding into the basement below. We use that sink daily, and needed a decent looking, functional replacement, ASAP. I stopped in the store after work, and at that point was feeling defeated and unsure that I'd find what I needed. Thank goodness for Mike Bullard. Mike found me in the cabinet aisle and opened the box of a specimen I was interested in, helping me take a measurement to see if a 36" cabinet was slightly undersized to fit in our 35.75" space. No dice. However, he suggested that I could plane the edge of the cabinet to fit, and lead me to an inexpensive plane in the tool section that could do the job. Then came the countertop. He showed me my options, and walked me through how to cut out for the sink without damaging the laminate. We talked through the tools I already had, and settled on one that would be the best fit for the job. All-in-all, I left Lowes feeling confident that I could do the replacement, and have a really nice looking result... and that's exactly how it worked out. Thanks, Mike!!!
