They were busy as to be expected with this place. Great coffee and the steak pannini was pretty good. The cashier was a bit lost and forgot to give us the donuts we ordered but he got it right away when we asked.

This place was very clean however it was under staffed. The coffee was fresh and the donuts 🍩 were fresh. Employee was very nice and polite.

They recently remodeled and it's perfect, hopefully it'll stay that way! It used to be terrible for years, now it's how it should be! Love the new look and feel. Food is great.

Love this place but always short handed and garbage cans are never emptied. Took 15 minutes to get a counter order then it was the wrong order

That was my first time to try it. I loved the coffee there and the donuts.
The cashier was so nice, and extremely friendly. He helped us so much.

Hubby and I met friends here yesterday. The restaurant is beautifully clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and the turkey club sandwich I had was refreshing and fresh. We will definitely return there for a quick lunch or donuts and coffee.

I do not understand how this chain is not all over the US, a home town staple in Western NY they put Dunkin Donuts to shame. They have some of the best breakfast sandwiches, my favorite is the Bagel BELT, a BLT and egg on your choice of bagel. My favorite is the Everything Bagel....I think I just made myself hungry......

I'm going there for quite a while now prices went off so I'm not a big fan but I do miss the copy every morning and every afternoon we usually go through five or six copies a day there now I bought a copy pot it's just too expensive

We drive through Springville weekly & love the friendly service at Timmy's there.

The facility was clean and tidy. Workers were efficient and kind. Nice to get out of the heat. Very satisfied with my experience.
