We had a great experience with the sales and delivery team at this location. The sales team was very knowledgeable, did not try to push products unnecessarily and gave appropriate recommendations. We felt comfortable knowing that we were dealing with experts in the subject. The delivery team was also very professional, speedy and educated us on proper usage of our new items. They were courteous and we appreciated the extra advice regarding warranties for our new furniture. The delivery was smooth and without any issues. A really great experience with this location and the team overall. Highly recommend it!

Just left Bambi Baby and I could not wait to leave a raving review. The staff is welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all things baby! They were completely patient and helped us figure out what stroller would be best for us! It is worth the trip to the store. Lovely staff, great store!!

George and his team are amazing to work with. When shopping around for baby furniture, George answered all of our questions. Setting up delivery was easy and smooth. We did have one minor issue with a piece of furniture we ordered, but George was on top of it, and had a new one sent to us in a couple of days. We can’t thank George and his team enough! You don’t find customer service like this too much anymore. George and his team truly care, and I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

Working with Bambi Baby has been one of the best experiences as new parents. We had looked at many different stores both in person and online to find a crib/dresser set that needed very specific measurements and features, but we were having a hard time finding a set. We decided to visit Bambi Baby in Staten Island all the way from Virginia. Upon arriving we were greeted by George and he was so helpful! We told him what we were looking for and he was able to direct us to the sets that had the features we wanted and told us the pros/cons of each set. He was so informative, professional, friendly, patient, and he spent so much time with us. He was such a pleasure to work with! Once we made a decision, we placed the order and it was so easy and efficient, even with a delivery all the way to VA. We received constant updates about our delivery and to our pleasant surprise, they delivered 3 weeks early! Bambi Baby has wonderful service and would not hesitate to use them in the future. If you are looking for high end quality furniture for your little one, look no further. Bambi Baby is an exceptional Boutique, who really cares about their customers!

Our experience at this location has been absolutely fantastic. George helped us pick out the right crib and dresser set along with several accessories. George was extremely helpful and caring to our needs and answered all our questions. Jay spent so much time explaining all the different strollers and car seats. We've been to Bambi Baby several times over the last few months. We ordered furniture for our twin girls coming over the summer. I ordered a carriage online from somewhere else and just wasn't happy with it. We went back to Bambi Baby to see what they had and Jay was extremely helpful. I explained to him what I disliked about most double carriages and what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to show me. He even told me what model to order online from them so I got a better deal. He also doesn't pressure you to buy there because they wound up not having what I needed in stock and he told me to search other sites. When I called to order the matching carseats, I was so happy they could get them for me. He told me to come pick them up in 2 days! They have been excellent with everything. Thank you so much for the guidance Jay! Highly recommend going there for baby gear.

I had a specific stroller in mind on my registry but I heard so many good reviews about Bambi Baby that I had to check it out in person. So glad that I did because I went with a completely different stroller that fits me and my family way better. Plus I had the amazing Jay help me. He was super informative, passionate, knowledge and gave great advice. Bambi is so lucky to have him! Thanks so much Jay. It was a great experience! It was a pleasure walking through the store. It was so organized & clean. Sales people are very helpful & knowledgeable. They are honest. George was our salesperson, he worked with us, answered all our questions, in detail. He was very helpful. He has a genuine personality. Honestly the best experience! It was so easy walking through the store with the amazing help from the sales associates, they’re all very educational and honest. They let me test my stroller , car seat , glider and furniture I all bought from them with great deals and everything came in so quick! Highly recommend; especially for first time parents they walk you through everything you need and what’s best for your specific lifestyle

I don’t ever leave recommendations it’s just not my thing however, my experience with George and Jay at Bambi has been one of the best experiences I could have asked for. As a first time Mom, pregnant with twins these two men went above and beyond to help assist me every step of the shopping way. They have answered questions, calls, emails and more! We had a fantastic experience shopping for a stroller! Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us feel confident in our decision. We were able to test drive all of the strollers and practice putting them in and out of our trunk which was very helpful. I highly recommend Bambi Baby!

Bought a stroller and car seat here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and didn't push to sell anything, rather helped you form your own decisions. The color we wanted wasn't available in store but the shipping was quick!
