CVS

We are new to the area and chose Orville CVS for our pharmacy needs. We use them for the first time Dec.16 My fiancé just had back surgery. The pharmacist knew by looking at the prescription something serious done and showed concern if he was waiting in the car.I told her I already dropped him off at home. I went today to get refills on those meds and the pharmacist went above and beyond as the other one did I can't thank them enough . I'm glad I made a good choice.

We've been using this pharmacy for my medically complicated son for close to 2 years, and they have been wonderful. In the very rare case when there is an issue it has been resolved quickly, and Pharmacist Jennifer has gone out of her way more than once to help us get what we need as quickly as possible. I drive past 2 or 3 other pharmacies to get to this CVS because they are the best!

I love CVS, I save so much money when I shop there! I always use my Carepass and my extra bucks and watch the discounts bring the price down.

Always a great experience

I wasn't aware the pharmacy closed at 6 on Sundays so I wasn't able to fill a much needed prescription for my husband who had just been released from hospital

I've been going to this CVS since we moved here almost 10 years ago and I am going to be honest, most of the time it's a great place to go for whatever you need from a CVS store. I bought a bottle of cold medicine a couple months ago and got home to take it before bed and that's when I noticed the bottle had been opened. I was very disappointed to say the least! I needed to finally get some relief from the symptoms of the head cold, but I needed some sleep too! so I returned it the next day and I was frustrated to have the cashier say " This happens all the time here!" No apology or " can we replace it for you?" That was all he said. HOWEVER!! The last time I was picking up a RX at the drive-thru, the young lady waiting on me was so nice and had a smile and even chatted a moment about how hard the rain was coming down. I didn't get her name, I wish I did, but she has restored my attitude about going to this store! This is a long review, but I don't think I would be fair if I didn't explain both situations and giving them 4 stars!

The store itself is nice and clean. Most of the staff also is nice. My experience today was kind of surprising, the woman who helped me at the counter with cashier name “Gilbert” was not friendly or courteous at all. Even when I extended some kind words. I’ll still go back but won’t go out of my way to say hello if she helps me again.

Just like any other CVS store. They do a good job of keeping clean but i do think their prices are way higher than what you find elsewhere. This is even if you use the CVS app. I have also noticed that the people working at the checkout do not tend to ever be smiling or extra friendly. It creates a weird vibe when you walk in or checkout. I only visit this location if a nearby store is not open or has what I need.

The workers upfront are super nice! I do love their photo area it’s super nice to be able to have multiple photo things to chose from no one else in Orrville has that!

They do the best they can. Everyone is backed up right now because there is a shortage of workers. Just be patient. They will get to you when they can.

RIP Orr Twin Cinema. It's a typical CVS.

Very slow

Their pharmacy is so busy. They have everybody doing everything, except the register. I know its not the employees fault. They really need to hire some more people. 5 back behind the desks is not enough. Customers are having to wait too long, or their prescription isn't ready and it'll be a15 to 20 min. wait.
