There was a nice young man at the front that seemed to actually care about what I needed and was very knowledgeable over his job. Great customer service.

The store gets a 1/5 but the store’s new GM, TERRI, is fantastic! This particular CVS (the pharmacy) has a lot of problems. It’s the shorter pharmacist that is the virus of that store. Anyway. I’m not going to type out my entire situation as it’s medical info but Terri, I would give her a 20 out of 10 if I could. She sat with me for over an hour and tended only to me. Went right back the pharmacy and basically told him to do his job. It’s to the point where we are going to have to get an attorney if the issue isn’t solved and oh what do you know when that word is mentioned his demeanor completely changed. So if you ever need help at this location 3600 cassopolis st corner of cass and cr 4 Terri is a blessing to have at that store and she could turn it around to the way cvs used to be. Terri if you see this. Thank you again so much. You were my saving grace yesterday!

Despite the fact that I hate having to be on so many meds, this CVS has a very friendly staff. I'm there so much that not only do they remember me, but they strike up conversation with me while I'm waiting, ask me how my pain levels have been that day, how my exercise stuff is going. They're great. And when I have to take an unfamiliar med, they know about my restrictions and how my body tends to react weirdly to meds, and do their best to advise me.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted instantly with a warm smile. Walked back to the pharmacy area, once again greeted nicely. The pharmacist Jason helped us out and getting cold medicine. Jason was very kind and polite and told us exactly what aisle to find the cold medicine. As soon as we got down the aisle another employee came up want to make sure that we got what we are looking for and she actually helped us. The people here are very great, pleasant and always a joy to go in and see. What I really like awesome about this store is that it's very clean, organize, and everything is labeled and displayed correctly.

I usually just go here for medication refill and they are always helpful and polite each time

Clean, quick, and good deals

I get my prescriptions here and have had good service at the pharmacy. Today though, I was particularly impressed by the cashier in the front who talked an elderly man out of buying gift cards for scammers. She was very sweet about it. She treated him with dignity and also shared that she had a lady his age the day before that was trying to buy $2000 from a person who called her and told her to buy gift cards as well.

The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I got a false positive COVID test from this lab. I took the test just to make sure I was clear to travel and it came back positive. I took 4 more tests in the next 24 hours at various places (Walgreens, Get Fit Get Healthy and another from this location) that all came back negative.

Self checkout scale is sensitive.

It's like every other CVS. Nothing spectacular,. Nothing bad.

My go to place. Always nice

Pharmacy tends too make counting mistakes, and need you explain insurance everytime we get a script filled here.
