I love this HomeDepot it’s always organized! It’s clean and fully stocked. The staff is lovely and very polite. The best thing it’s near my house and you see me here at least once a week. Always a ton of parking. Just stay away in the weekends it gets very busy Saturday and Sunday mornings.

This Home Depot is top-notch. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful with all my questions. Navigating the store was a breeze, and the bathrooms were impressively clean. The checkout process was quick and efficient, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

I went into this Home Depot because I was getting water softener salt. The people at customer service were so helpful in getting me to the pro desk where Vance loaded it on my cart for me. I have a bad back so lifting those types of things is not really something I should spend my time doing. I was met at the register by Jen, who made sure I got the 6-unit discount that I asked her about. There was a wonderful lot attendant who loaded it into my car for me (you'll have to forgive me I don't remember his name as it was a couple of days ago). All in all everyone was helpful and made it convenient and easy for me.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot! The store had an extensive selection of products, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Whether I needed assistance finding the right tools or advice on a home improvement project, they were there to guide me. The store was well-organized, making it easy to locate everything I needed. Overall, Home Depot provided an outstanding shopping experience, and I'll definitely be returning for my future home improvement needs. 5 stars without a doubt!

Last night I had the greatest customer service experience with Jose and Hector who worked as a team to help me find a transaction from 3 years ago purchased in another state for an insurance claim due to the Maui Hawaii fire. They took the time needed to find what I needed and I am so grateful. It wasn’t easy and they could of said it couldn’t be done but they understood the importance of it and went above and beyond customer service protocol. I thank you so much because my family has already lost so much you made sure we didn’t loose out on this purchase so I thank you guys again. Thanks guys at the LaMirada Home Depot my home store

I loved to come to this place for many reasons. Recently, I stopped in to check out the prices of my new projects for my home. Kitchen cabinets and the designs also for our daughter's bathroom updates. The lights, the faucets and whole nine yards. There were a lot things that I needed Home Depot has them all. One thing that got my attentions was that people who worked here very helpful and friendly . They will help you to find the things you need with 100 % engagement with their customers and to making sure you are happy with the decisions.

Was helped as soon as I asked. Employee grabbed a ladder, got the circuit breaker and walked it up to the register. In and out in 5 minutes.

Okay, first off, I promise I’ll get the names of the fellas that helped me and give them a proper shout out…Ive been here a few times. New to the area so hasn’t been many visits. But boy when I say I was impressed. I was looking for a certain item in the cleaning supply area, and outta nowhere a man pops up and asked if I need help and what I needed to clean and he helped with my decision…mind you, at a different location, someone “helped me” and I ruined my marble floor, so not too knowledgeable…anyway, a different time, I walk in, not completely in yet and someone asked if I need help, same guy! Same one from the cleaning supply area from a few weeks back, he happens to be walking by the entrance, wth, this never happens…so I asked where I can find the spray cans, and he gives me the exact isle. Sure enough I find it, but they were under key. As I’m walking towards the paint counter to ask for help, someone is already approaching, different guy, asking if I needed a spray can (mind blown) this was around 10 am, so it’s a busy time. He opens the cage and is helpful with some questions I had about painting wood, and if I need to sand and what is the best coverage. He even asked if I needed sanding supplies, he could take me to that area. Okay, was this a prank? I was impressed and I really need to come find them and buy them lunch. And they deserve a raise. These are people that value their job and are truly there to help customers. I’m truly thankful.

Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Only disappoint is other humans grab products from the shelfs and put back in places it doesn't belong. I've also seen how rude humans can be to the employees, like SO demanding and NOT exercising common courtesy, such as a simple excuse me to get the employees attention rather then just start barking demands for an/item(s). Bottom line my experience was excellent and purchased everything I needed to get my project done! Thank you to the wonderful employees who helped, great job 👏 👍

I shop at home depot all the time but this one has the best customer service. Today, David Sierra came and offered to help cut my blinds, I had several and was unsure & had to face time daughter while he waited patiently. I just had to ask his last name to send review. Thank you 😊

My husband and I went to La mirada Home Depot. We went to purchase a rat trap. A gentleman that worked in the garden area named Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable about what works and doesn't. He shared information we didn't know. Thank you Bob. We need more workers like you

I was just in the store less than an hour ago (about 2:30pm)
I am elderly and I need to sit in a chair while showering. I found the shower chair that I wanted in the Home Depot aisle. However it came in a box unassembled and I knew that it would be too great a task for me. I asked a staff member if I could get the help that I needed and they paged a young staff person by the name of Steve. He was kind and patient. He took the time and effort, which I greatly appreciated, to beautifully put the chair together so that I will be able to use it. I would like to thank Steve and Home Depot for providing me with this useful kind help.

I was walking and my phone died. I went by this Home Depot and found an outlet outside by the front entrance where the grills and fire pits are. I was able to sit and charge my phone. Got it up to 70%. No one said anything to me. No one told me to leave or that i can't charge my phone. I appreciate this, because it's very hard to find a spot to charge a cell phone if you're out on foot

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked where to find something and immediately they told me which aisle and even which side and where it was on the aisle. It was also very clean inside. That was my first time shopping at that Home Depot location and I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience there.

I have been a customer at this store in La Mirada for a couple of years great customer service who are very friendly and professional I usually shop online to save time and you have the choice to pick up at the store or they will deliver it to your home freer of charge and they Honor Veterans ,That’s why this is my store.Juan P
