I live in another state and was ordering a stove through Lakewood Appliances. Bob worked with me to order and was patient with deliver since I needed to make sure we were available in Wisconsin for the delivery of our stove. I had the store deliver using their white glove delivery. The stove was in perfect condition, the delivery men were so polite and helpful. Their service was second to none. Working with Bob, Lakewood Appliances and the delivery men was great. Pricing was comparable to large retail chains but customer service was above and beyond. Thank you!

Gabrielle saved the day for us as our fridge was leaking all over our kitchen and could not get it to stop he came out within 10 min of taking my call.
We ended up needing a new fridge.but Gabrielle helped us with that as well.

Very friendly and helpful. I bought our appliances over the phone after telling the salesperson what I was looking for. Delivery personnel were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be repeat customers.
