I have never had a better experience at a adult shop. The owner made me feel welcome and would help me find stuff with my preferences, going as far as pulling stuff from the back sometimes to show me. The staff was extremely helpful. The owner even set aside a item I had asked for the last time I was in town. Every thing is clean and he has product out for you to feel to see if its something you would like. He even made sure some of the stuff would fit like a collar and such. I highly recommend this store to anyone, even first timers who have never been into a shop.

This is the nicest adult shop I have been in. I went in with my partners an the owner was working and happily showed us around to the toys they had and even pulled out displays they didn't have set out to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. He was very good at keeping our hands free when we went up to the counter with either questions or to look at something else with a product from the shelves he rung it up and put it in a bag so we didn't have to wait while paying. Everything there is very high quality and even chatted about ways to be safe while buying from online shops. My only regret is that I live to far to come in often and I can't give a higher rating. This is a for sure stop anytime I come into the Medford area!

I was so nervous to go into the adult shop for the 1st time but they made me feel so welcomed, helped in educating me about the different types of toys and lubricants that they offer. These people really know their stuff and take pride in the quality products that they sell. I usually spend at least an hour when I go in because they are always updating their inventoryl and they let you touch any of the toys to get a feel for the material to see if it's the right consistency/ speed your looking for. I can not say enough good things about this boutique and the 2 lovely humans that run it. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a real high-quality store that's not a bunch of cheap plastic junk like the rest of the stores in the valley

I can’t not say how much I love this shop. Owners and the one other employee I met have always been knowledgeable in all of the products, more than any other store, and if they don’t know something they have taken the time to look it up.
Always a welcoming environment and a place I love to shop at for any of my newest treasures or outfits.
I Will always recommend this place over any other adult chain store.

Great place.walked in an was greated with a welcoming welcome. The owner is great. He explained how things worked. Told us the good an bad with the items. Did I feel relaxed yes I did. Will I go back, yes I will. I have never felt so relaxed in an Adult Store before. When we left the store we both felt we had made a new friend.

Sex positive, easy going shop. Great for couples. Connection and intimacy based. It was great to see just as much plus sized lingerie with models of all ethnicities. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

Well, the sentiment most reviews have for this shop is true for me, too. Excellent customer service. Jeremy the owner went out of his way to highlight product and be available for questions. I was just browsing but learned a ton and left with a new toy.

This place is a small local business with exceptional service and knowledge! I have been with the kinkster community for over a decade and been to many adult stores and this place ranks in my top 5 best overall stores! Though it might be a smaller store front then most other stores, don't let the size fool you! There's toys in every inch of this store! And better yet, the majority of the selection pertains to bondage and the BDSM lifestyle. They also have an awesome loyalty rewards program! I definitely recommend this store to anyone, vinallas and kinksters alike!
