This the one Orange County Circle K that has a great fountain drink selection. I pass many other Circle K’s to get my daily Diet Mountain Dew Sip n’ Save at this location! The owner, Mike, is super friendly. When most other stores ran out of cups, this place kept the “real” Polar Pop insulated cups!

Jose the store manager explained me how the carwash app works, he is very knowledable and he showed me how to use the app ad even recomended to get the right one for me. it was a very pleasant visit...

Employees are very nice

The car wash works more consistently than the one by my house. So that’s a win!

Right after this car wash was rebuilt, it was great. But it went downhill fast. The wash is meh, even for the expensive version. It leaves dirt. And the dry is terrible. The machinery even drips on your car as you're exiting. So bring a towel. Most express washes in this price range at least have vacuums available, but this one doesn't. This used to be my go-to wash in Irvine. Not anymore.

Sign on the door said be back at 4 in was 10 passed 5. I hope the clerk did not fall in.

Employees at this location hate their job, and it's your fault for being the customer.
Do your part: Please stop going inside the store and making the employees work, they don't like being bothered

Beware of the clerk that works the night shift. Spent $100+ on gas, etc and she REFUSED to give me my receipt. When I asked for the manager's contact information she said she was going to call the police. I said ok, I'll wait. LOL Whatever I have to do to get my receipt. I let her know that my car was still parked in front of pump 2, can't you just print the last receipt? She said she couldn't find it. I'm thinking what in the world is she going to do with my receipt? After a few minutes of me standing there she decided to find my in store purchase receipt. Which btw shouldn't have been that hard since I was still standing there with my purchase LOL. Yet, she didn't want to give it to me. She then gave me someone elses receipt LOL.

People should not work in customer facing positions if they don't know how to treat ALL customers with respect. Threatening to call the police because I asked for my receipt is giving let me call the police on this Black woman. SMH!

I never once raised my voice. I kindly asked for my receipts. When she refused to give them to me I asked for the manager's contact information to no avail.

Circle K and management the cashier that is working tonight (8.31, 11 pm), needs serious customer service training.

Whatever you do do not buy a monthly car wash subscription here.
Their car wash is always down!

The senior men at this establishment have very short tempers. When asked simple questions most of the staff are very nice and communicate very effectively to explain store policies. However, when asked simple questions to the older men who work here, they get agitated and riled very fast. They’ve both raised their voices in 10 seconds of interaction and proceed to not answer any of my questions while belittling me. Not a very welcoming experience during their shifts.

This place has one of the dumbest human beings I've ever met in life working the register. She couldn't comprehend the drink deals because the sticker ad wasn't on the door of the fridge the drink was in. She pointed to Rockstars when the ad said Gatorlyte, and vice versa. She also took 10 minutes per customer for simple transactions.

Low quality wash. I’ll find d different place next time. Equipment was low quality and it looked like the clear coat was barely even coming out, bit wven teaching the car. Also there are no scrubbers of any kind so those more stubborn spots definitely won’t come out. Fine if you just wasn’t the basic rinse I suppose, but it would be a lot cheaper to just spray it with a hose.

Car wash is total trash. It did the pre wash and then stopped. I had to drive off with a soapy car. Also the previous times I've come here, the wash wasn't even good. This is the last straw, screw this place.

Luckily, there's a cheaper, better car wash at Shell across the street.

I would say to never ever go here! I came to return two pickles and the cashier threw my pickles across the counter saying she couldn’t do a return and she doesn’t care and she’s not going to call a manager even though there’s no return policy.

I would also give this place and its lazy staff 0 star of I could. Four out of four times recently when I used this station there were no water and paper towers for people to clean their windshields, even at 1:45 pm on Friday.

Worst customer service ever want spend another dime here after 10 years of going there employees cussing out customers
