I had a very good experience here today. Got all my covid shots here very nice and knowledgeable.

I scheduled a pneumonia vaccine thru the app. They were pretty much on time.

I have to use CVS for my insurance. They NEVER let me know if/when there’s an issue. My scripts now for some reason weren’t put on my insurance! If I hadn’t seen it on the app it would have taken longer at the store, I am sick. I’m so tired of the incompetence.

Orange Ave CVS is slow as hell.

The employees just don't seem like they're happy at all. I think they should do a quick reset on this cvs. Employees are always rude when we come in. Out of 6 or 7 visits, I've never had an employee speak to me before I spoke to them. As a retail store you want to have some kind of customer service and this cvs has NONE. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is because I HAVE to come here to get my prescription filled because of where I work.

You MUST ask if insurance has been applied and make sure it's correct EVERYTIME. Getting scripts here is exhausting. I like being able to depend on the place where I get very important medication and this wasn't it. The pharmacist always assisted is the only reason they got 2 stars.
