AT&T Store

I’m so happy that Fernando is back at the store! He has always helped my family and I and when I saw him there when I walked in, I knew exactly who I was asking for. He has always been so knowledgeable and caring and always took his time with us. I will make sure to recommend people to him now that I know he is back! Thank you Fernando!

Fernando was great helping us decide on which new phones to get and the best plan to be on for our needs. He is very knowledgeable on phones and plans. I would recommend him to anyone that uses AT&T or is looking to switch. Go see him 😁

Storm was super helpful and friendly when I went in to get my new iPhone, even saved me money and explained everything to me and helped me set it up

Best person to work with here is definitely Velda. She is one of the best people to work with because she will always try her hardest and she will not give up until she knows it’s impossible. She helped us for hours and she didn’t give up and kept the energy high so if you ever need help with your phone Velda will help. She is amazing and she is very nice. Thanks to her we got our situation figured out. Velda is absolutely beautiful inside and out and beyond amazing. 100/10 recommend her when coming to AT&T!!! :)))

I went to this store this last week and I needed help setting up my new phone. Velda C. helped me. She was so kind and had a lot of knowledge about transferring data from one phone to the other. She was able to easily explain to me how to do this and she also showed me how to individually copy notes over that didn't copy with my transfer. I recommend getting help in this store if needed. I also liked how quick I was able to get help. There weren't any lines both times I went in because they were staffed.

Storm Exon was great help to us. Very personable and professional. Greeted us immediately and sat with us to answer all our questions. Easy and fun to talk with, knowledgeable and accommodating.

I just want to say that Fernando is the absolute best! I have had horrible experiences in the past with horrendous customer service but he has definitely changed my mind. He was so helpful and made everything an incredible experience. I have never received better experience at any AT&T location and as long as Fernando is there I will be happy to go! Thank you so much Fernando for the incredible experience!!!

After having things in life being challenging I went into AT&T today hoping for some positive thoughts and as soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and everyone had such great personalities. I always deal with the amazing Cindy but today I dealt with Scott and another Gentleman and my day went from okay to much better. They educated me on a lot and helped a lot!!! I absolutely love this company and the people. I highly would recommend at&t to anyone along with the amazing customer service. Thank you guys for making my day a lot better!!!!

Walked in, told them what I wanted they got me it at great prices. And I was out and happy!

Yes I'm giving a customer comment for Velda here in Twin Falls Idaho I've been in here several times since my husband and I moved here and I've had her she's waited on me several times and I just want to give a good customer comment she has talks she always has patience and kindness and takes her time she's never in a hurry even if there's a customer behind me she always looks at them and say I'll be with you in a moment and I'll thank you for having her and she will be missed by me I know and many others probably so I'm just praying that she has a good retirement because it's well deserved thank you

My husband and I just visited the Twin Falls AT&T store and had a wonderful experience! We were helped by a young man and (who we assumed) the store manager. They were both very kind, helpful, and even joked around with us!

A lost phone, an insurance claim, friendly and knowledgeable representatives helped me get a new phone and set it up for me

Sales rep Cindy is amazing! Unless she is not working she is the only rep I prefer to deal with and unless it’s something that can not wait I will come back when she is at work! She is super friendly and really makes it a quick and easy experience. If she is on shift and I have the time to wait I will wait as long as is needed to have her assist me!
