Infinity and Josh were extremely helpful and patient with my Aunt during her recent visit to this store. They were able to answer any questions she had while transfering all her contacts/photos etc. They even came out to her truck to setup the bluetooth! Wonderful costumer service highly recommend this store and their associates!

I came to the store to upgrade to a newer version of the iPhone which I had been completely dreading. The staff was super helpful and explained everything to me. It was by far the best experience I've ever had upgrading to a new phone. They were really fantastic and went above and beyond!!

This store is great! I have been coming to the Russel Cellular Verizon store for several years. Always professional staff and good management. Today was no exception. John G. Was my salesperson that I spoke to about week ago and ordered a new phone from. Today the phone arrived and John set up my appointment, switched over my data and showed me the new features. Kind, knowledgeable and courteous. John G. Has a great sense of humor and made you feel at home in the store.

Anthony W. The manager is also very professional and helpful. The mood in the store is happy and personable. I really enjoy having a well run business in Town that makes it a point to help their customers in any way they can. Having been in management for many years you can tell when leadership and good management are at work. This store runs like a well oiled machine. Thank you Anthony and John! I also want to thank the young lady salesperson but, I did not catch her name.

Great job everyone! Thank you for the conversation, helpful instructions and the new phone right on time, with a good deal!

My wife and I are long term customers with this.store. My old phone was slow and had several problems,; Anthony and John walked me through options. Not only did they save me money on my new purchase, but they transferred my old files,, contacts, and configured my new phone. Their knowledge and competence made it a pleasant and productive experience for me! Well done!!

I've been a customer of this store for 14 years. The current staff works as a solid team, and I've been repeatedly impressed with not only my own interaction with them, but also from observing their responsiveness, patience and care of other customers. I've witnessed and experienced their willingness to address the small things well beyond what would be expected. Highlighting only one example, Nick most recently helped me resolve a charging issue, which involved going outside in the rain to observe my car charger, as well as taking me to his own vehicle to assess another charger. It's their care, responsiveness, and apparent sincerity that has helped me overcome the occasional technical frustrations while remaining a loyal Verizon customer.

This is been the best customer service experience I had in a very long time! Nick is working in a ten oriented environment. All workers were so cordial and helpful. Nick E treated me with curtesy and knew everything about moving my family account from AT&T to Verizon with excellence! My kids and I are very satisfied with all 3 services provided. A+++ employee! I was helped by Nick at this spot. He knows what he's doing. I walked in expecting just to get a feel for the phones i was interested in instead of just picking one online. They went above the display models and pulled out several phones from the stock room. After choosing the phone, i wanted to sleep on my decision and they put it on hold. I went back and they completely set me up. With a little patience i was able to walk out with a brand new phone, they installed the screen protector, and they had several fine selections of phone cases. I wanted a more colorful one and bought that online. All of my data, pictures, apps were transferred over and i was all set. I felt well taken care of at this store.

Excellent service here by Garrett. Both reps in the store were professional. Garrett helped me directly with my phone and I really appreciated his service. Definitely appreciated his customer service by going beyond the call of duty to assist me.

Congratulations to wherever Josh went to if it meant a promotion for him. Please bring the same level of service back to Purcellville. It was awesome!

Donald is the best! He has helped me in the Verizon store, and has been extremely courteous, kind, and helpful. Additionally, on multiple occasions (2 or 3), he has helped me with issues and questions I have had about my Verizon plan, upgrading, and a few general questions. He has made all of my experiences recently with Verizon very pleasant and easy.

It's crazy how good the customer experience is in this particular store -- superb! Mike, Chris, and Russ are great guys and stop at nothing to satisfy your needs. Helped save me money on my home phone, all while getting me a free tablet for my kids. 5 stars!

Muhammed was extremely competent and calm despite being a visiting staffer (the store was under new management without new hires, the internet was not working well, his colleague was late and the store became crowded). It was a stressful situation but he handled himself very professionally. The process took quite some time, but was completed successfully. He even made several new sales and was able to restore my phone service.

Nick was a lifesaver. I came into the store expecting to be sold TO and instead, he walked me through each of my options. I had just lost my phone and did NOT have insurance. He empathized with my situation and explained the next steps I could choose from. I came into the store in a bad mood after losing my phone, by the time I left I had a smile on my face simply because of the exceptional customer service he provided. He made me feel comfortable in my options and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision one way or the other. I am very lucky to have had the chance to work with such a professional.

Walking into a store with 30 minutes until close asking to transfer two phones to Verizon is not oftentimes met with quality customer service. It’s late, you’re tired, things could get complex, etc. but not tonight at not at Russell and not with John Gregg. John was super kind, knew his craft with precision and even went out of his way to entertain the idea of trading in phones for new ones all the while suggesting a better plan than what I had researched at the same price but with better perks. It’s a rare find for such quality service, but it’s here at Russell. Thanks John and thanks Russell Cellular.

Michalla and John were amazing! I came in because my usb was not charging my phone. She first checked to see if anything was in the way, and found out it could charge only using wireless charger. She mentioned great promo for iPhone 11 and said it would be here a few days later but not pressuring me to buy it and a place where they could give an estimate to try and fix it. I got my phone today and was again happy with the service.

I was really impressed with John's knowledge and how fast the transaction took. He answered all my questions without looking anything up and was spot on. I was ready to spend an hour or more there like I usually do at the official Verizon store. I think I was out in 15 or 20 minutes. Go there you won't be disappointed

Nino was incredibly helpful in getting me setup with 2 new lines, while getting as much as possible to trade in my old device. This was honestly my most pleasant experience dealing with a new carrier and I didn't walk away with that feeling like I was just ripped off. 10 out of 10 would do business again with Nino

The staff in this store go above and beyond in terms of customer service and attention to detail. Just remarkable. My sister, husband and I all got phones here, and we each got very personalized, caring and ongoing help. Kirby, in particular, helped my sister with some technical issues in ways that we will be forever grateful for. I don't any other wireless store could come close.

Every time I'm in here its an excellent experience. This location I found out is now partnered with adt so Russell, who I usually go to, knowing I have a child recommended I look into it without being the least bit pushy. However I really just wanted to lower my bill, so he helped me out with that. Lowered my bill and even got me a free tablet that adds onto my account for only $10. Thanks again guys! Always a pleasure!

Are you a “mature” adult who isn’t particularly “savvy” when it comes to technology? You want a new cell phone but dread walking into a provider’s store because you don’t even know what questions to ask? Well, you can put your fears to rest! The staff at the Verizon Store in Purcellville is the most welcoming, helpful and patient group of knowledgeable technology sales folks with whom I have ever worked.

My phone was old, and I knew it. Always making sure I had a charger with me became my normal. My 26 year old daughter told me it was TIME. Time to bite the bullet and get a new phone. Buying a phone these days is a big financial decision so I coerced her into going with me, thinking I would need her to translate the phone/computer lingo and, if I’m totally honest, make a decision for me. We walked into the store (I had been to this store more than a few times over the years), and I immediately noticed a significant change in the layout. Instead of one high counter, there were now three or four actual desks, each with a sales person happy to sit down with an individual customer, listen carefully to his or her needs/expectations and then offer his opinion as to which phone would best meet those needs. I was ready to purchase one of the new, more expensive phones, but—did I say he listened carefully?—Nick explained why I would be happy with an older but more than adequate phone in that lineup. I wanted a screen protector so he put one of those on my new phone. He explained how I could get a credit for turning in my old phone. And he did all of this so that it was coherent to me. He and the experience were, hands down, the most helpful, stress-less phone buying experience I have EVER had.

The next day I returned because my phone kept asking for my old AOL, instead of GMAIL, password. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So I returned, hoping someone could help me. An associate—I believe Rick—did help me and, once again, I left happy. My daughter told me I should not have asked them for software help because their job was to sell hardware. Software, hardware, I just need the %$#@^* phone to work. Purcellville Verizon made that happen. They are special and definitely customer-oriented!

Last week I came in on what seemed to be a busier night to upgrade my phone and Nicholas was so incredibly helpful and generous enough to stay an hour past closing just to finish the process. Best experience I've had at this store and his customer service skills are amazing.
