Super busy on a weekend, 'but to be expected.'
Everything in stock, great selection.
Checkout was very quick. Getting out the door took a little shopping cart maneuvering.
Able to fill up at the gas pump is also very convenient. A bit of a wait, but it was the weekend.

I live in Oakland and there are a few Costco's in the East Bay but I prefer to go to the Richmond one which is off the 580 or 80.

This Costco is decent sized and most of them organized pretty well. They have a big parking lot which sometimes is almost fully packed, I usually try to go at off peak times.

I don't have a gas car anymore but I used to get gas there, recommend doing early in the morning to avoid a line.

I do get prescriptions from their Pharmacy and have always had good experiences with their pharmacies, no problems getting prescriptions filled.

I also have dogs, so my wife and I like this Costco because right down the street from Point Isabel.

It helps to go early. The store in Richmond is popular. There is a large parking lot, but mid-day it fills. It is a great place to get gas. Tip: it can be really windy--wearing a wind breaker can be helpful.

A standard Costco experience with no frills. The most convenient aspects of this location is for those of dog owners as it’s right next to Point Isabel dog park - which allows you to knock off multiple items on your list such as dog walking and picking up your pets medicine at the Costco Pharmacy.

The only gripe I have about this location is that they have a separate door for merchandise returns that for some odd reason is always locked when I visit, forcing you to maneuver through the many shoppers exiting the store.

Oh man! Costco is a money trap. I love going there! The thing about Costco is you never know if what you like will be there the next time you visit. This is mainly true for furniture. So you either buy it now or miss it when you come back. I guess that's the allure about going to this place. I have not had a bad experience at Costco yet.

They have a huge parking lot. They have so many shopping carts. They have self check out. They have almost everything that you might be needed for making food, tools, electronics,

Love this place- it’s where I get bbq items, coffee, scotch, gasoline, Pyrex glass Tupperware, etc…sometimes I don’t even know what I want until I walk into the place. Just buy a membership and enjoy the fruits of bulk discount shopping. The rotisserie chicken, a loss leader I’m sure, blows away Whole Foods, Berkeley bowl, Safeway, you name it. For $5 you got two or more meals. I don’t care if it’s steroid iv tube bodybuilder chicken, it’s good. Also, try the tuxedo cake.

I wanted to find some sardine resources to stock up on for guests that I know who enjoy them and we make a sardine sandwich. Then I remembered I do have a membership, my guest were very happy. Different taste with different people.

Great costumer service . Thank you for being patient with my 3yrs old who wanted to help putting certain items on the cashier counter :). Great job on putting the groceries in the boxes, it was so much easier to put it inside my trunk.

Beside the general awesomeness that Costco has going for itself consistently, I will just review this location specifically. The staff here are almost always wonderful to work with (of course you'll eventually run into someone who's having a bad day), but always very polite.

The concession food area is generally clean, but considering the foot traffic of that area, it's hard to maintain every single minute, so bring a few napkins to wipe the table if you plan on sitting down to eat. The staff at the concessions are also very efficient and quick, so waiting in a long line shouldn't deter you from getting any food because you'll be up there quicker than you may think.

The bathrooms are clean and well maintained for such a high traffic location.

The selection here is amazing, with special seasonal items offered too, so look out for those because they may be hidden in between the larger always in-stock items.

The only downside to this location is the fact that there aren't many sample stands as the San Leandro location. Unfortunately, there are only a few samples going on and even at its max, it's not as many as the SL location's usual offer. As a vegetarian, it doesn't even matter because it's usually something I cannot eat, but for those omnivores, it's not as fun as trying out all the samples at the SL location.

Regardless, I highly recommend this location for food, gasoline, groceries, and basically everything offered by Costco. Keep a lookout for special seasonal items!

5 stars for the staff at the gas station! We visited this location specifically to fill up in the area, $4.99 a gallon Vs nearly every station around them from .30 cents to over a $1.00 MORE a gallon. They helped us get in and out with a trailer in tow, with their fuel truck coming behind us and a PACKED ton of cars across the entire station. The attendant also assisted me with my brand new membership, making it work for us immediately. Well Done!

Nice place to buy everything is cheap and good you can find everything for your house and your needs

This is my local Costco, very clean , staff is friendly and there is always new items being offered. Can be a little overwhelming especially with the check out lines, but all in all a great location and store.

Costco is a great place to save money! It is wise to bring a list so you don't impulse buy. There items are very seasonal. I went to buy wool socks but the season had already passed.

Costco is amazing. Go earlier and you wont be disappointed. Lines will be short. Food court is amazing. 9.99 for a whole pizza. 1.99 for a hot dog and drink. Like crazy food deals for the car ride home. My kids love it. I get alot of things there. Main items: Cases of water, tissue, paper towels, dove sensitive soap bars, toothpaste all main essentials for my household at amazing prices.... !!!!

Best place to shop! This SFO edition has a unique layout a bit confusing for what I am used. Great arrange of anything you need for the house, car, boat, bbq's you name it. You can expect the same quality across the nation. That is my friend The Costco Magic

Costco was sick & span, stocked to the rafters with goodies & baddies of every sort. I bought cherries, Marie's crackers & 2 bottles of french Macon-Villages Chardonnay on sale. 91 points!

Not enough disabled parking and seating in the food court for a wheel chair is impossible. I don't know why it's always packed on weekdays. I will choose a walmart next time.
