T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

DJ was amazing! Prior to coming down to the store - which is tucked away in a shopping plaza - i was on the phone for a total of 4 hours over a week between being on hold and getting partial instructions on fully activating my transfer. There was no line, DJ was able to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes. Word to the wise - go to this location instead of calling T-Mobile customer service.

This review is a bit late only because I’m not a person to ever leave reviews but i think this girl definitely deserves it. I recently got a new phone with T-Mobile and had the luck of being helped by Jenine and I honestly loved her. She was so kind, helpful and on top of all VERY PATIENT!!. For whatever reason the system messed up when giving me my phone number and it took a whole week for me to be able to get a working phone. Through out that week Jenine would keep me updated and would call every customer service number possible, spending hours on the phone trying to find someone who can help her solve the problem and was even trying to go in on her day off just so i can have a working phone. I would also like to applaud her for dealing with her manager and his rude attitude towards her in front of customers. He speaks to her so rudely and demanding almost yelling, made me kind of uncomfortable. And seems like he’s s too comfortable with it. Anyways this girl needs a raise or something she was the best!

I normally don't like to write reviews however this was necessary. I want to take some time to acknowledge the gentleman that assisted me during the time I visited this store. This gentleman assisted me and answer all my questions and concerns. I was not sure if choosing T-Mobile over Verizon was the best option for me however Gabriel, the gentleman who helped me, was the only reason why I picked T-Mobile. He took his time to assure I understood all the products T-Mobile has to offer and frankly, I was surprised on the knowledge he poses and how well his professional manner at helping customers. Overall, thanks to Gabriel my experience at T-Mobile was remarkable.

Was in t-mobile store today. Gabriel was amazing and helped me with phone exchange. He was very patient and extremely helpful in making my experience a great one. He deserves a huge raise.

Had to hop on here to thank a representative working at this T-mobile store name (Gabriel). He was very understanding and got right to my situation. Didn't waste my time at all. He is very kind and his vibes are up there. Next time you have a problem...trust. look for him. Will come back to this location again.

Great customer service! I have never had a bad experience coming here. Juan was very nice and helpful, he helped us solve our problem! Only t mobile store I will be going to for future purchases and or issues.

This store is one of the best stores I have been to in the Bay Area HANDS DOWN. The mobile expert, Jose, was such an amazing and helpful person. He was super patient and handled every question I gave him with kindness. I have been coming here for months and he always looks out for me with great promos, which says a lot since I’m not the one to buy just anything. I don’t understand these other reviews since I have been to other locations that have been outright horrible.
