Cinci and the rest of this store’s Associates are extremely helpful. They go above & beyond with all my transaction needs. Especially when Staples tries to trick us into returning to their store!! My Midland MI UPS store is most convenient and like I said, I’ve used the staples return process and am not fond of it, they are not as helpful and it seems like they feel bothered to being used for the Amazon return process. I truly feel my Midland UPS Store, Cinci & the team are the greatest!!!

Amazing service! I LOVE this UPS store! Everyone is so great and friendly at this store, so I am unsure what all the negative reviews are all about.

Annie, the manager, and Rhonda are spectacular and were very patient with helping me buy and ship large boxes for my move back home. Annie coordinated with me days in advance to pick up the boxes from my home with no additional charge and was punctual and friendly, along with another employee who helped me ring up the boxes and was great at explaining all the small details with price and insurance to me. I came in several times during the week to ask questions and return boxes that didn’t work out, and all the staff greeted me each time and everyone was very helpful.

I cannot recommend this service enough.

Everyone in this store is very friendly and helpful. Their service is efficient and prompt without making the customer feel rushed. And…they do it ALL which helps eliminate multiple trips to get everything done!

These people are excellent and so accommodating. I recommend everyone there. Rhonda was so friendly to me!

Have had to take packages back from Amazon, have never had an issue with any of the employees, everyone seems very nice and got me in and out quickly.

This ups store is the absolute best! The owner, Annie, went above and beyond to help me with scanning over a thousand pages. She charged me much less than the big box store. I go to this store with all my printing needs. I'll never go anywhere else! I highly encourage you to use this store for all your printing or shipping needs. Thank you, Annie! First off. I don't usually ever leave reviews. I have various UPS stores around the USA pack & ship items for me as I am a frequent auction hunter. Not that I've had any bad experiences with UPS shipping so far. Everything I buy gets to me in one piece even when things are not packed the way they should be. Which is surprising considering how the boxes look when they get to me. Its a miracle past items haven't been destroyed.

Now THIS location just recently shipped me a vintage Marantz 6300 turntable. No original box. Now if you know anything about shipping a turntable without its original packaging it needs to be packed right or its not arriving in one piece. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING PACKED AS GOOD AS THIS. EVER. I told them the things that needed to be removed for safe shipping just in case the person packing it had no idea what a turntable was.

From start to finish. Friendly & professional people. Price was just fantastic for the job they did. Again, the best packing job I have ever received from a UPS store. It was packed better then if it was from the manufacturer in its original box. So just wanted to say THANK YOU! Looking forward to having more items packed & shipped by this store. They set a precedence for proper shipping of a delicate item. Cheers!

First time here. My father and i Definitely Had a memorable visit. Sandy waited on us. Gave us the best options on shipping and options for pricing. Her personality was the best part. Customer service like hers, is what makes return business. During the visit. There was a ignorant man in there. She was very helpful to him. But on his way out the door. Like a punk

How ignorant weirdo people. Even after being called that she didn't let it bother her. We commented on the incident. But went right back to the reason we were there. Sandy is the reason i will go back to make sure i get the best service .

Packages get given attention. And the store is quick and friendly.

I had so MANY problems with a package I sent to Canada. I couldn't get any help from the 800 number for UPS international. Came into this location, because this is where I shipped from, to see if they could help me. They were SO helpful and my issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Big thanks to the ladies that were working today!

The two employees here treated me with the utmost respect and were super helpful. I had an awkwardly large bed frame that I had to ship back to Amazon. When I walked in, I only had 2 undersized boxes and knew I was going to need help packing it up and shipping it. They saved me from the trouble and took charge to assemble a box big enough to ship the frame in and even took it a step further and affixed the label and secured the box to ship. Can't thank them enough! Exquisite customer service on every level!

Annie (the owner) was great. I called from out of town (St. Louis) not only needing her to package and ship something for me but to also have it picked up from a location away from the store. She was there in less than two hours. To further complicate things, the site was locked when she arrived. She called to let me know the problem and was patient while I got her access. If this is how she treats a one time customer (only due to distance), I would highly recommend her and the store to any and everyone in the area.

I brought a package to this UPS store and there was a billing issue. Instead of making us go to the Saginaw hub, they went above and beyond to ensure our package went out today. They very well could have sent us away, but didn't.

They gave us excellent customer service, we will be back!

I have used Midland UPS Store several times to mail overnight packages for work. The staff is very helpful and polite. They go above and beyond to help! I very much appreciate their great customer service.

I've been using the services at the Midland location during the pandemic. They are very efficient , friendly and easy to work with. Some of the other customers were impatient and rude during this time. The staff there deserves our respect,

Awesome friendly staff. Offer more than just shipping. Happy to discover they offer notary, passport, printing/binding and even design services... wow at UPS, convenient one stop. Clean store and very helpful staff, thanks for all of the assistance!

The UPS store in Midland, Michigan all around is just a great store. You walk in and their fast coming right up to you with a smiling face ready to take care of business. I just love how they make you feel like family.

Very impressed! Had a recent hand surgery and was struggling to get a large box in to ship. They came right out and carried the box in for me. They were super helpful with the labeling. Overall a great customer service experience!
